Always a Lovely Day at Dobbies. We love our free coffee every month.
It's My wee dogs favourite place in the world, he Loves going to see the Fish then the Dog section.
Staff are always very nice.
The Breakfast is a bit overpriced for what you get. But overall a pleasant experience.

This review is regarding the Restaurant, we were served promptly, gave our order and received our meal after 15 minutes, but unfortunately we had to ask twice for our coffee we ordered at the same time, after 40 mins we gave up, was assured twice it was coming, did not arrive, so we left and went to Starbucks.

Long queues at coffee and not a please or thank you from the staff just barked instructions.

Went to buy a Christmas Tree which was still showing available on shop floor only to find it had run out. Sales person tried to order it online so it could be delivered when back in stock only to find it was no longer available. 20% Sale with Dobbies Club card therefore not available.

Helpful staff, well laid out store. Lots of staff available if required.

Store set up beautifully as usual. A joy to shop and buy. I bought flowering winter bedding plants, Some Christmas items, Christmas shop is lovely. Had lunch with my husband, free coffee with our Dobbies card! Bought our dinner from the food Hall and cake to take home. It's a delightful day out.

I do enjoy a wander round Dobbies but have been frequently disappointed at the lack of staff and good service. The café was particularly busy and understaffed at 3.30 in the afternoon. Food was served first in the cafe but we were finished eating before our coffees arrived. I find the cakes way overpriced! It’s much better value having a sandwich or toastie. I find myself spending less money now because I can get plants and gifts elsewhere for far less.

Went for a quick catch up and took 45 mins to get coffees. Ended up having to down them as we only had an hour!

Hi the only thing that I am annoyed with is that you must use your coffee allocation every month which I lost out on as I was which I did not know about I’ll due to illness I could not drive so lost my coffee allocation for the months I could not drive.
I feel you should reinstate it in some way.

It’s a great Garden Centre. Relaxing, beautiful and shoppings…
I signed up mainly because I have a toddler and we often come to a soft play area. However, the food isn’t very good. It maybe good in restaurant area, but a couple of times I ordered food from play area - it wasn’t fresh (salad leaves were old, got too cold staying in fridge, wasn’t presentable how it sounded in menu), was cold and had a flat taste.
Maybe you get better food if you are in restaurant area, but don’t go hungry and wanting to eat if you are using children area.

First visit in a while. Food Hall was good, loads of choice.

I visited the cafe and then asked advice regarding orchid care. The advice given was very helpful.

found selection of plants/ goods very good, with excellent service.

Went in to look for some new houseplants got a few with 90% discount very happy

Much better this week. Rolls were hot and tasty and service was good

Queue was quite slow and once seated had to ask to place order. We had full breakfast which looked great. Bacon was lukewarm although sausages etc were fine. Haggis was not good. Too much liver in it. I did give feedback znd assustant mentioned you had moved from mc Sween to Halls. Please go back to mc Sweens! Noce from the dog area was awful with dogs barking and growling at each other or yelping as they were stuffed in bags. Felt sorry for them but it would stop me attending in future. Hopefully it is not going tonhappen at my local Milngavie Dobbies.
