I enjoy the restaurant , coffee and scones are always excellent, love all the plants indoor and outdoor ones,great for cards and gifts for presents x

The layout for serving meals is not good. If you want a cooked meal you stand in the queue which goes through cakes, etc. whereas if it was clearly marked you could go straight through to order a cooked meal. People are unsure where to stand. Perhaps this could be clearly marked. Otherwise we enjoyed our visit

Only in for a quick snack. Everything was good

Had a good lunch before starting to shop
Found everything needed for troughs for winter flowering cyclamen and bulbs (bought Earlier)
Looking forward to splash of colour just now & in the Spring

Enjoyed seniors lunch £9.95 including slice of cake. We had two pasta dishes this time and because we are card holders we had still to use our free coffees for the month. Lunch for two with sweet and coffees for less than £20 and very tasty.
Topped this up by buying 30 daffodil bulbs for around £5 using Dobbies card again.

Really helpful, friendly enthusiastic girl at cashier desk when serving us purchasing ceramic garden pots and plants on sale.

Good variety and quality of products, friendly and welcoming environment

I was taking advantage of 20% offer and, whilst able to purchase most of what I wanted was unable to purchase 3 boxes of Christmas crackers which hadn’t arrived in stock. Fortunately my sister picked them up for me in the Perth store.

we had a very nice birthday treat and a good look around and bought some items in the food hall.

Disappointed to get 20% discount voucher and having been told I could use in Christmas shop found it had not been installed. Wasted trip.

Staff helpful and centres well set out the only complaint queues at checkouts to long

Visited Ayr garden centre for spring bulbs, great variety and choice. Also popped into the restaurant for coffee the girl at the cake counter was very helpful

The flowers were of fantastic quality as was the food. Staff are always helpful and knowledgeable

We arrived to find that the cafe was very busy. There where long queues Tables not cleaned. You need to have more staff to assist. The queuesare due to ordering and waiting for drinks to be surved. Another system should be in place for busy periods.. The drinks and food excellent as per usual.
The assistance in the plants was excellent the gentleman was able to advise me on a plant I was given as a present. Plant was in known he gave good advice from a photo how to care for it and what it was.

Pleasant , helpful staff. Great choice .

The staff are extremely helpful and I always find someone willing to assist me with a smile

Had help loading 2 bags of wood chip in the boot of my car. Thanks to the members of staff for assistance
