2 samples sent but only 1 result received so far.
I sent 2 DNA tests in the same envelope and within days I was pleased to receive the results for one of them. This was promptly followed by an email asking for my feedback. Whilst it is still within the quoted time for results, this makes me concerned that the second has been mislaid as about 2 weeks has elapsed since the first results received. Hence I am Unsure how to grade feedback. Received second test results 5/6/2023. So now happy

We treat each sample independently which sometimes means reports for samples on the same order may be sent at different times. The kit was easy to use and instructions were very clear !
But the results were disappointing… vague unless you know how to read DNA lines !
I did the DNA For training my dog if she was mostly collie I would know i could ask a lot and she’d train easily, but there was no clear margin ;or not that o could work out .

DNA Protected is a forensic DNA profiling and database service specifically for the purpose of helping to prevent theft and to help reunite you with your dog in the event that it is stolen. As we confirm in the FAQs, it is not the type of DNA that can identify breed, traits or health conditions, it is purely your dog’s forensic identity.
A great service giving peace of mind
This was such a simple process to follow thanks to clear instructions. This gives me such peace of mind that if the worst were to happen, I have science on my side.
