Absolutely horrible. I placed an order two weeks ago have yet to hear from them. They won’t respond to emails. You try calling the number and it says they can’t get to the phone but they will dang sure take your money.

I ordered and paid for my product on July 22, 2026. I never received an email confirming the order. I contacted them through their website twice and never heard a peep from them. These folks act like scammers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHADY COMPANY.

If I could leave a negative star review I would. Placed an order and 2 weeks later still not shipped. I have sent numerous emails and when you call it says to text. I will be contacting BBB if not resolved very soon.

I placed an order on 5/25 and recevied confirmation. On 6/6, I receved an email that my order had shipped. I checked the UPS tracking a few days later, and it said Label Created. I sent an email on 7/5, no reply. I sent another email this morning, and still no reply. My credit card has already been charged, but nothing ever shipped.

Same experience with all the rest. Does not reply to email and no phone number to contact customer service. This is a scam, illegitimate website that needs to be put down.

Same as all the other reviews. I placed the order with shopify. They sent me an order confirmation email and charged my credit card. Was supposed to get a shipment notification email once my order has been shipped but never received. They don't respond to emails, texts or phone calls. Company is a scam

Same as everyone else. If you order from this website (DON’T!) your money will be taken and you won’t get your product

I would give zero stars if I could. THIS IS NOT A REAL COMPANY. They steal your money and do not send you product or return messages. It’s a complete scam.

This is NOT a legit company! Nothing but a SCAM to steal your money! I ordered 2 bottles of bug spray 3/28 and never received them. Emailed them on 4/5 and again on 4/7 then started researching them more and realized tons of people have lost money to to DIYpestwarehouse! My credit card company did reimburse my $93.50 thankfully, so be sure to contact your cc co. to see about a refund. Otherwise you will never get your money back because these fraudsters will NEVER reply to your emails or any other way you try to get ahold of them!

I made a purchase and paid for it on February 26th. Have yet to hear anything or information on processing or shipping my order. I have contacted them now 4x. by Email, & phone which just tells you to text them. I will be letting my bank know this is fraud to recover my costs

Placed an order through SHOP on June 13, 2025- multiple calls and e-mails- order has still not been received as of 12/18/2025. Company is apparently a scam- buyer beware. SHOP said they are not able to help. I have contacted SHOP multiple times as well- not sure why they do not remove this company.

The order was not delivered and I have not received any response from the seller.

Charged my credit card $83,90, 8/17/2025, email stated order confirmed. Now 9/9/2025, no product yet, no email stating order shipped. No answer to 2 text messages per their phone & email to their support will not go through. They do not answer their phone, " busy with a customer, text us" 09/09/2025 Received a reply from business stating my order was waiting for proper labels to ship since a new company, ENVU had bought out this Bayer division. I received my order the next week. THANK YOU

Placed an order with DIY Pest Warehouse. Charged me, but never received. They did not follow up on my contacts to their customer service. Avoid this "company"!

J'ai déjà commandé 2 fois des produits et cela s'était bien passé. Malheureusement, cette fois ci, malgré 3 mails de relance, je n'ai toujours rien reçu.

I placed an order over a month ago, received an email confirming my order was being processed and i should be receiving another email once the order shipped or i could track it out via the Shop app. Item never arrived, I sent multiple emails to customer services that were never responded, Shop app never provided clear status of my order! this is a scam!

I placed an order on May 18, 2025. They sent me an order confirmation email and charged my credit card promising to send a shipment notification email once my order has been shipped. I never heard back from them. They don't respond to emails, texts or phone calls. Fortunately, my credit card company has refunded my money. While they have the cheapest prices for pesticide products listed on their web site, you'd be better off saving your time by paying extra and buying from someone else - this company is a total scam.

I was scammed. I ordered an item (14 May 2025) and paid using Apple Pay. I never received anything (02 June 2025). No response from customer support. Thieves.

We ordered 2 25# bags of Talstar Xtra. DIY Pest Warehouse promptly charge my credit card. We got the typical order confirmation via email. However, no shipping information followed. I waited a week and emailed. I waited another week and emailed again. They don't respond via email. Tried the phone number... It goes immediately to voicemail with a message to text. Texted and got a response... supposedly the item is out of stock (even though the web site says it is still in stock), and they were cancelling my order. I'm now waiting for my refund. Do not TRUST DIY Pest Warehouse. Do not order from them.

I have placed multiple orders from DIY Pest Warehouse over the last year. EVERY time, they exceeded expectations. Great prices. Easy to order. Fast shipping. Packages shipped well-protected and can be tracked. Good email communication from this company too. The good thing about doing business with a small business that values their customers, is that you can actually get somebody to answer the phone during biz hours 98% of the time. I absolutely recommend this company.
