My Recent DiviFlash Experience
I recently discovered and purchased the Lifetime/Unlimited DiviFlash Agency Pack plugin to expand my Divi Builder library and it was not a disappointment. This Agency Pack comes with 43 modules from Advanced Blurbs to Image Carousel to Breadcrumbs used to style/animate/enhance the Divi pages on my website. The modules are detailed with lots of setting and adjustments to produce unique features on pages that explode with animation and style.
As with any product, it is only as good as the support it comes with. I had to contact DiviFlash Tech Support this week and they were amazing. My expectation was met with professionalism and a sense of urgency when they dispatched a glitch I was having with my theme and the Flip Box Module which looks awesome by the way. I’m presenting my gratitude for their efforts by leaving them with this review. I recommend the DiviFlash Agency Pack and their Technical Support Staff that comes with it with confidence.

A professional, effective choice for improving Divi sites
I am fortunate to have discovered DiviFlash. Unlike other sliders that rely on gimmicks, DiviFlash is a true professional choice. Its use has significantly improved my Divi website. Additionally, the lifetime deal offered by DiviFlash is an excellent deal.

A fantastic level of service!
I recently experienced a clash between the DiviFlash plugin and other elements of my hosting. Upon contacting support, they promptly got on the case and, once I gave access to my WordPress site, they quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. The issue was not within the DiviFlash code, but all the same they added code to mitigate the issue and returned my site a fully working status. They even gave me a full explanation of what external factors had caused the issue. It is a fantastic level of service. If only all plugin vendors were so conscientious.

Excellent support for a very useful plugin
I recently installed DiviFlash on a website where a table was needed. I found this plugin very well adapted for my need and simple to use. Since extra customisation was required by the client for the table, I called out to the support service, who was most helpful and able to rapidly satisfy my request :-) I can therefore highly recommend this plugin and its team!

A really useful plugin that expands Divi capabilities
This is one of the most useful plugins I have purchased. I really like the simplicity and the options that come with a bevy of additional modules. For me, this plugin fits perfectly into my web design process. I love the fact that it's so easy to use, and the quality of the modules is amazing. I've always loved Divi for its sleek…
I've always loved Divi for its sleek and clean design. However, I've always felt limited in what modules I can use. With DiviFlash we now have a wide range of modules to choose from which has helped me create new designs that were not possible before.

Very pleasantly surprised
Picked up the Divi Flash plugin and was very pleasantly surprised. It's become a staple plugin I install on just about every Divi website I build. Also, the creativity that went into building these modules is refreshing. For example, being able to change the order of things like header text and body text in the testimonial module allows you to build your testimonials to match pretty much any design. Keep up the great work!

the diviflash plugin does not work…
the diviflash plugin does not work properly on my side. I tested it on my local machine. For instance the module animated heading does not work: the animated text part is invisible when running the site.
tested on:
Surface pro 7 with MAMP server.
I did not get any answer about my request for refund. Waste of money and time

We have 24 hours window for customer responses. I can see you messaged us around 12 hours ago, so your message will be responded.
Regarding refund, we got a simple policy, If someone is not satisfied they can get a refund within 14 days. No questions asked.
Now the issue you were facing is unfortunate. We already responded to your message and waited for your response.
Problem is a very common thing in our industry. We have a dedicated support team to solve each and every problem faced by our customers. A local server like MAMP, XAMPP, etc can create some common issues that you might be facing and someone else not.
With enough information and time, we can solve this sort of issue.
