Wrong item sent twice I had to pay return postage
Ordered a bath tap valve after identifying the tap set from their product range. Wrong valve sent, a new valve sent which was also wrong and told that they only stock the two valves which were not correct for the advertised tap. Got a full refund including postage but not the cost of returning the two incorrect valves.

We’re genuinely sorry that we couldn’t get this right for you, especially after sending a second valve in an attempt to resolve the issue. We completely understand how frustrating and disappointing this must have been, particularly when you’d taken the time to identify the tap from the online catalogue.
Although we issued a full refund, including the original postage, we’re sorry that you were also left out of pocket for the cost of returning both valves. This isn’t the experience we want any of our customers to have.

I contacted support asking for information on what type of 3 way shower valve replacement I would need for one that has been in my shower for 15+ years not knowing the make and I was contacted with the type I would need, I purchased the one recommended and it arrived quickly.
It was the correct one and I fitted it without any problems and now everything works fine.

Replacement shower cartridge
I needed a replacement shower cartridge for a Triton shower, about 15 years old, which has been discontinued. The original parts are no longer available, but it seemed a shame and a waste of money to replace the whole (otherwise perfect) shower for the sake of replacing the cartridge, a ten-minute job. I found a replacement cartridge quite easily on the Di Vapor website, and ordered it for around £55, which I was more than happy with. I was really surprised when the item arrived the following day, well-packaged and seemingly a perfect match for the failed one. Ten minutes later I had fitted the part, and the shower is now back in perfect working order. Thank you so much - 10/10 .
