Really pleased with my French Doors good service and good quality doors

We were recommended Distintive Windows by a family member, we were highly impressed at all aspects of the service provided including communication, installation, high quality workmanship and particularly adhering to timescales - (which after having lots of work done on our home in the past year can't be said for most companies). We would highly recommend this company.

We were recommended Kevin and his team by a friend - and we were extremely happy with the full end to end process. We were informed of timescales, fantastic craftsmen and thrilled with the overall finish.

Recently had a window converted to french doors. Distinctive windows were recommended to me, so I gave Kevin a ring. Very quickly received a quote, had a survey done, paid a deposit and had the job booked in. Very competitive quote compared with others I received. The french doors were fitted shockingly fast, all mess cleaned away and a high quality job. Happily recommend them to anyone.

I don’t usually write reviews but credit where it’s due. The whole process with Distinctive Windows was superb.

A thorough understanding of what we wanted led to a quote that was straight forward, with none of the usual haggling that you usually get from the brands.

Kevin helped us change our mind on the front door, and we’re delighted with the result and glad he critiqued our view.

The fitters blitzed the job in a couple of days with real hard graft, and disruption was kept to a minimum. They took away all the old frames and windows. I’m amazed at the finish they’ve left, I thought I’d need the decorators in but not so.

I wasn’t looking forward to getting the windows and door done but the seamless process makes me think I should have done it ages ago as the heat retention is already kicking in.

We found Distinctive windows and doors on face book, Angie came out to us and gave us an excellent price for the work, they came to do the job on Easter Tuesday, the men were polite, clean and tidied up afterwards, i couldn't fault them at all. Thank you all for making this a good experience.

Excellent fantastic work great price friendly workers clean polite Angela came to our home and she listened to what we wanted in fact she even came out with an idea that knocked £575 off our initial price she visited in between the job to check the work and if we were satisfied we got patio doors removed our conservatory insulated and a new pvc ceiling put in cladding the wall areas spotlights fitted new guttering fantastic job 100% recommend

I recently used Distinctive windows and doors to replace 9 windows and a composite door Kevin came to my house to give a quote for the work which l found to be very competitive and within my budget shortly after a survey was carried out and within a few weeks the fitters arrived to complete the work again the fitters were extremely professional very tidy and there attention to detail was excellent l can honestly say l would recommend this company to fit windows and doors

I’ve now used distinctive windows a second time, firstly for the installation of some windows about 18 months ago and now more recently for the installation of two doors.
After shopping around I believe that I got a really great price from distinctive on both occasions and the quality of all items was impressive.
Installations for both the windows and doors went ahead on the planned dates with minimal disruption by professionals who obviously took pride in their work, there wasn’t much mess but what little was made was cleared up and taken away.

Recently had three upstairs window replaced, Distinctive windows and doors had come highly recommended by my daughter who had all her property windows and a porch replaced. Kevin came and gave us a very competitive quote and several weeks later the windows were fitted by a excellent professional team. Overall was very happy with the quality and workmanship, will definitely be using Kevin again when ready to replace further windows.

I had an installation done by this company if I could put minus I would I'm not being horrible because I'm all for small company's succeeding but when the owner Kevin takes 22000 thousand pound as a deposit on a 23000 thousand pound job and hasn't been in contact in 8 months I'm not pleased watch out
