Zero Zero Zero. No help. Wrong address and they didn’t do nothing!!!

I recently had a disappointing experience at Odeon South Woodford when I decided to watch Avatar Fire and Ash. The screen quality was extremely poor, which took away from the overall movie experience. I doubt the producers and directors would approve of this if they knew. I suggest reviewing the quality of screens before allowing movie theaters to show films.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Terrible customer service when something goes wrong as it surely will. I've placed 3 separate orders with Disney for large expensive Lego sets over the last few years, all have arrived damaged due to poor packaging. The first time I reluctantly kept the set as no replacement was available, the second order went back for an eventual refund, but it's the third order and Disney's response (or lack of) that causes me to share this experience. I contacted them on the day of delivery via their telephone service only to be cut off after waiting 20 minutes on hold. As such I decided to email them and share photos of the poor packaging (which wasn't even sealed, ruining what was meant to be a surprise Christmas present) and the damage to the Lego set. I received an automated email response with a unique support number but then nothing more for over a week. Frustrated I contacted them again, asking if my complaint was being ignored. Their further lack of reply confirms that this was the case as another week has now passed. One of the biggest richest companies on the planet and this is how they treat their customers. Appalling lack of after service, I won't be giving them another penny and advise you don't either.

Dam did I wish I saw the appalling low rating of this company before I ordered from them.

I purchased a LEGO set for a Christmas present and realised I'd ordered the wrong one.

I couldn't book in the return via their online portal which on their website they state FREE RETURNS so a 20 minute phone call later and I was told head office would make a decision in 3 days.

3 days later.... I can return the item email arrived. Item was parcelled up and off it went.

10 days later, I enquired how long it would take for a refund to be made. And that's when the "family orientated" company got antsy.

I was told I need to provide a picture of the slip I received from the courier when I handed the parcel in. Well I post daily so I have hundreds of these in my car. Tracking indicates they have the parcel back so proof of dispatch my end is irrelevant.

They are now refusing to give my money back so I have no other option but to go through my bank.

This is utterly disgusting behaviour and I am glad that my family are not Disney fans as I'll never shop here again!!

I'm disappointed with my recent order experience from Disney.co.uk. Despite expecting a smooth delivery, it was anything but. The package was wrongly left outside an apartment building, resulting in non-receipt, while other items were delivered to different locations. Despite requests for a refund or replacement, Disney.co.uk has been uncooperative. This lack of accountability is unmatched and I have never seen a company or its staff behave this way. This same delivery was also delayed for days on end as the courier was too lazy to deliver it to my address. To make matters worse it was ordered for my twins as their birthday was coming up and this is all they have been talking about for some time now. We were in utter despair when we learned that it was delivered incorrectly and we couldn’t find it anywhere.

Disney now attacking online content creators for leaving negative reviews of Disney content... Disney DO BETTER!

I only noticed that Disney + was taking £10.99 a month from my account. I have recently undergone treatment for advanced cancer and have been so tired have not checked my credit card statements. I have never signed up for Disney so this is just dreadful. Shame on you Disney!

I had to return and item  due to being damaged I was asked to return the item and one would be held for 2 weeks for me and it would or be sent out as a replacement. Item was revived with in 6 days by Disney of which I have tracking proof. 

When I had no update email I contacted Disney again they said they did not have the parcel but a day later it was suddenly their. The item arrived on the 9th of March and the 2 weeks started on the 28th of February so the item should of been held until the 13 or 14th of March. After I didn’t hear anything for Disney I contacted them on the 15th of March only to be told it has to be escalated. Then next day the return was process meaning it was held in the ware house for 6 days! Pushing out of the 2 week window.  The item is now out of stock and selling for £300 on eBay from £130 that I paid. 

When contacting previous custome services I was simply told it’s out the 2 week window so the item has been sold, how it’s written in the email makes it sound like it’s my fault and not Disney . Even though I did everything I needed to do the item just sat in the warehouse for 6 days after being returned.  Why Put a hold on something for 2 weeks when it takes six days to get back to the warehouse and another six days to process the actual return. 

 I am extremely disappointed by this lack of customer service care  and I did not want a refund I want the item that was assured I would be getting as a replacement due to poor packaging. I haven’t even received an apology and was offered free shipping for my next order, which felt like a slap in the face when free shipping is normally offered on the website. This has to of been the worst experience I have had with customer services and I’ve been using Disney for years.  

I just feel incredibly disappointed at the standard of customer care I have recieved and I feel the standards for Disney should be better. I do feel I will reconsider when I order from Disney again.

I placed an order on the 1/11/22 with a value of £614.99. On the 5/11/22 I received a notification to confirm I had received the delivery, this was not the case the as I had only received the free gift with purchase. I then checked to find that the delivery was marked as complete through Evri so to try to resolve this I got in contact with Evri, who after 2 days told me to contact Disney. From the 8/11/22 to present (21/11/22) I have had to chase Disney up to do their job over the phone, via email and through their chat. There has been countless 'investigations' opened by them in which they have promised to update me immediately and every time have failed to even send an email. I requested a manager to call me, which I agreed upon with a member of their customer service team and received no phone call. The case is now with Lauren in head office who has failed to reply to any of my email chain.

TLDR -
Abysmal customer service, Disney have been in breach of contract, failed at every investigation resolve issues it has now been two weeks of me trying to get them to resolve anything I'm sick of this company and their greed. I wouldn't recommend that you buy anything from them unless you are okay with not receiving your product.

In this day and age of online streaming services there is absolutely no excuse for just how abysmal the Disney+ App is on Smart TVs. making it unuable and has resulted in me having to cancel my subscription with them in less than a month.

The app takes AGES to load, and occasionally not at all. On the occasions I can start to watch a programme I get a 'No Internet Connection message' sporadically displayed throughout while watching which causes the app to crash, and has to be restarted. Making the shows totally unwatchable.

In 2 weeks use I never managed to watch 1 full episode or film without these app crashes.

Tests show there is nothing wrong with my internet connection having a 500mbps fibre speed direct to premesis. All my other streaming services work perfectly so I know there is nothing wrong with the TV or broandband service.

I have tried streaming through the App on my iPad to the TV, and I get similar issues with the stream stopping everythime a scene changes.

My TV is LG but google has shown many other users have similar issues on other devices.

My advice is only get a subscription if you want to watch disney+ on small mobile devices.

Terrible service and company i have 4 daughters and have spent £1000's of pounds of the years I purchased 2 disney lightsabers for my daughters birthday only to find one is not working rang up customer service sent a number of photos also took a 4 minute video that would not upload I did ask if I could you watts app but no now iv got to wait 3-5 days for a reply so the only presents my daughter wanted I can only give her 1 as I haven't the money to purchase another one thank you disney for runing my daughters birthday I will never purchase anything else from disney suppose to be a company for children what a joke my order number is UK12121337 but I suppose no one will get back to me now you have my money shame on you disney.
