We stopped in today at i35 round rock location to get tires on our 5th wheel. We ordered them to the store ahead of time and got a better price than we found anywhere else. I know Saturdays are busy but it was the day we were moving and able to come through. Cameron was an absolute rockstar planning to have a spot for us to pull in and get it done. Cory was amazing and everything went smoothly. Three cheers for these guys!! We are back on the road and ready for our next adventure.

I recently had an outstanding experience with Discount Tire that I felt was worth sharing.

I purchased a set of used tires from Offer-Up for $200 that were in excellent condition and just needed installation. I first stopped by Big-O Tires to get a quote, but the experience there was disappointing. The representative was unfriendly, asked no questions, and quoted me $200 plus tax just for installation—with balancing costing even more. That didn’t sit right with me, so I decided to look elsewhere.

I then called Discount Tire, and Mason answered the phone. From the start, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. To my surprise, he told me there would be no charge for the installation. I honestly couldn’t believe it.

I brought my truck in, handed over the keys, and was told I’d receive a text when it was ready. Less than an hour later, I got the notification. When I arrived, everything was completed just as promised—and true to Mason’s word, there was absolutely no charge.

On top of that, they also offer free air checks and provide a complimentary assessment of your tires’ condition, which is a great added value.

Mason and the entire Discount Tire team truly went above and beyond. Exceptional customer service like this is rare these days, and it deserves recognition. I highly recommend Discount Tire to my friends and family, and I believe Mason is exactly the kind of employee who represents the company at its best—he deserves a raise!

On 11-18-25, Discount tire said that two of my tires were at 5/32 and two were at 4/32. On 12-3-25 the same Discount Tire said that per their machine all tires were at 3/32 but that they had to measure them by hand and according to the hand calculation, they were at 4/32. On 2-27-26, the same Discount Tire said measured all four tires at 5/32! So, it appears that even though I've driven only 32, 239 miles on tires warrantied for 65,000 miles that my tread will continue to increase so the warranty will never apply.

Discount Tire shops are at beat mediocre when it comes to customer experience & quality of service. Some shops are better than others, but there is a consistent sense of carelessness and lack of communication that most shops display. One local San Antonio store destroyed two of our center caps and would not pay for replacement units. That’s subpar customer service. Recently, new tires were installed on our van and I immediately noticed vibration on the highway that was not present with my old worn tires. Overall they are ok, just not a business that makes me want to return to.

The Kingman Arizona store is not a place you want to take your dually truck. I have purchased tires there and TPMS sensors. I have two different Ford dually trucks and they can't get either one of them right when it comes to tires and TPMS sensors. Multiple visits to the store the same results.

I want to start by saying the staff here is very polite. Anakin, who helped me at pick-up, was very nice and sincerely apologized for the store being understaffed. However, the scheduling and internal communication really need some improvement. I originally made an 8:20 AM appointment, but they called to explain my tires wouldn't arrive on their shipment until later in the day, so we moved it to 1:45 PM. I was assured the install would take no longer than an hour since I had an appointment. I arrived at 1:35 PM. There wasn't a long line to drop off my keys, but it still took quite a while to be helped. By 2:30 PM, the tracker app estimated my car would be done at 2:33 PM, yet my car wasn't even in the bay yet. It was finally completed at 3:08 PM. When I went to pick up my keys, I was next in line but still waited about 15 minutes to get help while a very long line formed behind me. The most confusing part was receiving a call at 4:17 PM from someone else at the shop telling me my tires had arrived and I could come in—long after I was already home with the tires installed! I understand the struggles of being short-staffed, but the internal tracking system could definitely use some work.

My first exposure to them was when I had a flat tire and stopped there to get it repaired. They plugged it at no charge! I returned about 6 months later and bought 4 new tires. Excellent experience- set an online application and they had me in and out as promised. Highly recommend!

I went to discount tire in Appleton, Wisconsin. Asked if they could plug the tire and then I have a big nail in. Give me a a big deal about how my tire was too old to put a plug in. It told me my tires are from 2012. My car is from 2010 so why would anybody put a new set of tires on it 2012 when the last person was an older couple who kept the car immaculate. Then he proceeded to tell me I needed new tires and tried to show me something not my tire was old. So I checked on their tires on one I can get.. then talk to some family members and went to another garage, where the guy did plug. My tires told me that my tires were halfway decent, and there was nothing wrong with them. Scammers

My TPMS lit up on Jan 2026 after discount tires rotated my tires. I waited 2 weeks thinking it should go away. It did not. Discount tires have replaced it twice due having issue resetting it. I came back by the end of Jan 2026. I was told that I have issue with my car communicating to the 2 front tires and they cannot do anything. I asked if replacing wil resolve the issue and the specialist said no. I brought my car to my mechanic. My mechanic found that all the tpms battery are dead. I spend $200 dollars again. I have been a discount tires consumer. I have all my cars tires used discount tires.I am kinda disappointed. I think they should not do tpms service. Discount tires are not equip to do this. The branch I went is in Suwanee georgia.

Went to have them re-inflate my tires. They left my front left at 61 psi, back left at 20 psi, and both of my right tires at 25 psi. It was supposed to be 33.

Didn't use a breaker bar to loosen the lug nuts on my vehicle and they damaged more than half of the lug nuts and they tried to get you to purchase a cheap garbage $100 set of lug nuts that were caused by their mistake of using an impact gun instead of a breaker bar and now they won't reimburse me for replacing the lug nuts

I took a my Dodge Ram for a tire replacement on January 24, 2026 at 9:05 am as mine was flat. About 30 min later I got my car back and drove to work since I had a shift mid day. When I got off work around 6 pm I notice that my replaced tire was flat and coming out of the rim. I could not drive back home, it was so cold since we were under a severa storm advisory and of course Discount tire was closed.
How can a freshly replaced tire come of the rim. SIMPLE THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOB AND THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE NOT QUALIFY. I had bit way to get home that night and the next day and now my car is sitting on a parking lot at work and it’s costing me so much money. I WANT TO SUE THEM. DO NOT GET YOUR TIRES FROM THEM.

While you my get lucky and have a tire hold air without using a bead sealer it's not the best practice and compromises safety and performance. Sealant is necessary for the system to work as intended. Sealant keeps the tire stationary on the rim while braking and cornering. Promotes tire integrity while preventing dangerous tire failure.

They tried to scam me into buying 2 new tires that I did not need. I had a nail in my tire and took it to them to repair. They inspected ALL the tires on my car and said it should not be a problem. Then I waited over an hour until a tech came and found me and told me the tire was too damaged to repair. Then he took me to the counter where another guy told me they do not have my tire in stock. He said they could put a larger tire on, but I would need to buy 2 to balance. i told them my tires were less than a year old and there was no way I could replace 2 for no reason. I asked them to just put my spare on the car. They told me it was probably no good to do that because my car is a 2019 and it would probably be too damaged/old to put on the car. I asked if they could just put my tire back on and then I would take it back to Walmart because if it was too damaged for repair, the tire is under warranty and they would replace it. They said they could not do that. So basically they were holding my car hostage until I bought tires from them. I told them to put my spare on my car so I could leave. He told me he would inspect it and see if it was okay. They finally did, because of course my spare tire was completely fine. I took my car back to Walmart the next day. I told them I had a nail in my tire and I may need a new tire and asked them if they would look at it. They plugged the tire, said there was no issue or reason the tire could not be plugged, and sent me on my way. Discount Tires tries to scam women into buying tires they do not need.

They cost me 208.00 dollars. Had tire rotation and balance appointment at 3232 e catus. While waiting manger came and told me 1 lug nut was cross treaded but they could get it off. If it was cross threaded, you guys did it last time. You are the only ones who do my tires, bought my fuel rims on the truck from you as well. Or did your guy bust it. Mistakes happen. After all, not certified mechanics. Been coming for over 10 years. Instead of trying to help he passed the buck. They could not fix it. They gave me the nut that broke off at the stud and sent me one my way. Went to brake master store 213 GREAT SERVICE. 208.00 DOLLARS LATER THEY FIXED IT.

We’re currently on a holiday road trip and will be traveling until January 3. Within the first three days of our trip, we had a STEM valve issue with our trailer twice, which could have easily derailed our journey.

The teams at Discount Tire in Bossier City, LA and Monroe, LA were absolutely incredible. Both locations helped us quickly, professionally, and with genuine care. They took the time to make sure everything was handled properly and that we felt safe before getting back on the road.

When you’re traveling long distances—especially during the holidays—feeling supported and secure is priceless. Thanks to these teams, we were able to continue our route with confidence and peace of mind.

I’ve been a customer of Discount Tire for 10+ years.
12/15 at 4:07 pm wanting a tire rotation at store on East/West Connector, Marietta GA. Sitting 1 hour my car hasn't been touched, meanwhile they’re busy doing air checks on drive ups. 1-1/2 hrs my car still not touched.
They close at 6 pm. This is unreasonable and not good customer service. What is happening to customer service and is customer loyalty no longer important?
