Sometimes products just don’t work out, we can help you with your unused products 90 days from the original shipping date. We will gladly refund you the amount of your product purchased, if returned unused within the 90-day window.
Keep all your packaging and any manuals included until you are sure you love your purchase. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping label.
If you have a question, send us a photo or video of any incorrect items you receive, and we will do our best to solve the problem.

- Use our contact us form and let us know you require a return (a link will open in a new window)
- We will respond to your message by sending you a Return Authorization confirmation and a shipping label
- Print and attach this label to your order and drop it off at any FedEx location or dropbox
- Once your order is received in our warehouse, we will process your refund per our return policies.
- We will issue a credit to your original method of payment within 14 days after we receive the return package.
- Products that have been returned in used condition without receiving prior approval will not be eligible for refunds.
- Returns that weigh over 50 lbs may be subject to a restocking fee of 15%.

The representative that answered the phone was very patient with me and I got the right filters.

I entered my refrigerator model # and…
I entered my refrigerator model # and ordered water filters they recommended. They arrived are were the wrong size. I went to return and they are happy to take them back... They will charge me $12 for a return label and give me an $8 credit. So it will actually cost me $4 more to retun them then to throw them away

Poor service
The filters that were ordered did not fit, not even close as a guaranteed fit. Contacted customer service and the fee to return. The filters are not worth it. Very poor customer service will not order from again.
