What amazing service from start to finish! This has to be one of the best companies I have ever bought from. I used the cushion replacement service for the rear cushions on a sofa and received a quotation within three days and my cushions a week later. Customer service were superb and the finished product has left my sofa looking like new. Now to get the seat cushions done…

Wow! What a difference to my sofa! It's so comfortable now with the new cushions. It has also made a huge improvement to the appearance of the sofa. Looks great!

Absolutely brilliant service. My Next sofa seat inners...can't even call them cushions were literally falling apart. Lumpy, uncomfortable and unsupportive bits of broken foam and wadding. The worst I've ever seen and so dissatisfied with Next customer service!
Anyway, posted seat covers to Direct Foam, they texted with a quote, I agreed and the whole seats were delivered within a total of 8 days.
Perfect comfort and support now. Delighted with the result.

I (eventually) need some foam for a double mattress (which would be above £200) so i ordered some smaller (20x20cm) pieces of foam first, to feel their firmness for myself. Samples, basically. The DPD tracking number on my order was invalid and Direct Foam never produced my order. Played dumb, of course. A bullet dodged. They gave a refund, purported as "goodwill" which is funny.

EDIT: Their "weather" reply is just the handy rehearsed excuse they have on tap. It went like this:

1/ Tracking says "returning to sender" after a day of going nowhere.
2/ I ask them why? They blame the weather and tell me "as soon as this is back with us I will ensure it is shipped straight back out."
3/ What with having a life, I tell them "When this comes back to you, you can just give me a refund please" (since I hoped it might yet arrive for me)
4/ They just give an immediate refund with no reply
5/ I query this, they tell me "goodwill"

Direct Foam knew it would never come back to them, because it was never really despatched.

No delivery was ever attempted and tracking has said "Returning to sender" the whole time. 3 weeks later and it hasn't changed.

I also spoke to DPD (which Direct Foam were totally unwilling to do) who confirmed this was a fake tracking #.

Direct Foam just lie rather than tell you that they don't want to ship samples. They want all your money on a blind and non-refundable sale. And, no, it isn't "goodwill" to refund for items never delivered. Would suggest you read up on consumer law.

Great customer service, they were very responsive over email and helped us pick the right firmness for our sofa cushions and our cushions have now arrived before Christmas so in total the whole process took around a week which we’re very happy with!

Excellent communications, with polite and efficient staff. I opted to send my settee covers to them for them to measure (cost £12.50). They send a bag for collection of the covers, and return them when done. The finished items arrived within a week and to my surprise they had even cleaned the covers. I would highly recommend them.

Customer service was fantastic, I can't recommend this company enough. We chose medium firm which turned out to be too firm for our liking so they kindly replaced it with a softer foam free of charge. Very happy with our new sofa cushions now!

Sent my cushion covers from a cuddle chair and a four seater sofa to be refilled. The furniture was purchased in December 2021 and the seat and backs were not comfortable . The seat cushions and backs have come back looking and feeling like new. The replacement foam has been expertly fitted into the back and seat pad covers and the furniture looks better than the day it arrived four years ago. The seat pads are filled with a firmer foam than supplied by the manufacturer and the back cushion has been replaced by a foam, making the back firmer and more supportive. Very happy with the result and would definately recommend taking this route if your recently purchased furniture is looking a bit saggy, rather than going back to a furniture store and rebuying a new suite of furniture. Job well done Direct Foam!

I have just had my sagging sofa base cushions replaced with the luxury foam and they look fantastic! I sent my cushion covers to them and they were back within a week. Honestly, my sofa looks like new.. great service! Only reason I gave a 4* was the price was a little more than I was originally quoted but it was still absolutely worth it.

She went above and beyond and her customer service excellent.

As most people do, I generally sit on the same sofa seat and over time it had become squashed and unsupportive. I was considering changing the sofa until I found this service.
I opted for the option to send the covers in so I could be sure of getting the right size foam and very promptly I received a quote which I accepted.
Communication was excellent throughout, even when I needed to change the return address and I cannot fault the service.
The sofa is back and has many years left in it!

This company is an ambassador for great Customer Service. From the initial phonecall to obtain the packs which came in a couple of days, then a telephone call to discuss foam and filling options. Collection of existing covers was next day. Less than 10 days, covers returned, by courier and well packed. The covers were all placed on the new foams and fillings.

My Next sofa is better than when brand new - the high quality of foam and filling used are far superior to originals. Thank you everyone involved!

Has made our 8 year old sofa like new. Was looking to have to replace as the old seats were sagging and was hurting my wife's and my back (we're mid 50's).
Now with the replacement it's like sitting on a new sofa & our backs are much happier.
We're now getting our other sofa seat's replaced too!

My sofa base was great but all the pillow backs were sagging, deflated and old. Plus some covers zips had broken. I didn’t want a new sofa, so after a search, I found Direct Foam online. I was initially nervous about sending off the covers & the price compared to just replacing the sofa and overall value. I decided to try a quote. The bag arrived, I called to arrange collection and they were collected the next day. The day after I had my quote, which was considerably more reasonable in comparison to the maximum figure that I’d had in my head. I immediately went ahead. Within a week, the cushions were back, covers mended, and to say they are spot on is an understatement. Sofa and weirdly the living room because of it transformed, we can comfortably rest on the sofa again. I’m sure this has bought a few more years use for considerably less than replacing the sofa. Plus, no faffing with trying to find replacement covers at the same time.

All i can say is 5 stars!! We purchased a brand new couch where the foam was sinking, wrong sizing and didnt have the protective wool on it and due to the sofa company ignoring us we decided to buy new foam for the whole couch which was 10’pieces altogether. I requested the made to measure option, the pack came the next day, received an email from the company the following day giving me prices which was reasonable as we went for the Luxury foam with the protective wool and stocknette and got my brand new foams within a week (as mentioned it was 10 parts) the Service was outstanding from the beginning to end and my couch has went from uncomfortable to looking like brand new again! Would highly recommend the company and the made to measure option as the foam fits perfectly in the covers and has a nice cushioned shaped to them.
