The team at dinopc delivered my CPU and GPU in time for Christmas.

The customer service guy who sounded like he was Welsh was very good and able to help with all my queries.

Pre-ordered a Ryzen 5 5600x from DinoPC on the 18th November and given the current supply issues, was pleasantly surprised when I received it before Christmas. Communication was great and quick (even outside of business hours) when I asked about queue positions. The package was well protected and arrived a day early via DPD. I have already recommended DInoPC to friends and was very impressed with the service considering it wasn't one of the more known and larger companies such as Scan or Overclockers. Thank you!

I pre-ordered a 5600x Ryzen 5 CPU with ease, waited a fair amount of time for AMD to sort themselves out with stock issues, DinoPC sent the 5600x out a couple days before Christmas and recieved it Christmas Eve ready for my new build on Christmas Day.

At first I was sceptical because I had never heard of DinoPC, but after ordering from them for a such a crucial part during low stocks and lockdown after lockdown, and at a pre-order price that didn't change during the low supply. Safe to say I'll be buying more products from DinoPC in the future because they really do deliver the goods.

The only downfall I can give is that I had to check the order had shipped via logging into the website rather than getting an E-mail confirmation that the order has been processed and shipped to the courier with tracking information. But that's pretty superficial and can be corrected in time.

Overall 100% recommend DinoPC for PC Enthusiasts. Thanks DinoPC!

Very quick shipping - had a pre-ordered CPU, even close to Xmas it was shipped as soon as it was in stock and arrived the next day. Price was also good.

Ordered item was told it was in stock called them today and was told not this side of Christmas. Customer service was helpful.

I've shopped with most of the large UK pc brands for components and dino beat them.

The customer service is the best I've seen in this industry: instant helpful replies all day long.

Prices are good, and they're really transparent about timescales, preorders etc.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Item ordered arrived in good time for Christmas

ordered my parts (RTX 3070 & AMD Ryzen 5600X), received my parts early, everything works, no complaints will use them again

Ordered yesterday some RAM for a computer I think on sale. I received an email today saying that they had 'ran out of stock' but looking on their website, you can buy the same product but for 20 quid more. Not very nice. If its not in stock, I shouldn't be able to order the product.

Quick delivery, only place I found with the RTX 3070 at RRP since our pre-order elsewhere was never going to show up despite it being made months ago, so this pretty much made my son's Xmas, as far as he is concerned Santa works for Dino

Although Ive never heard of Dino I have heard of Stone Computers which they are a part of - having worked in Education in both Finance & IT roles I knew I was in safe terrority as Stone have been on those procurement frameworks for a long time

Ordered 2 items from Dino pc just before Christmas and they arrived in the alloted time the website said they would, which is fantastic a week before Christmas. Parts where in good condition, no issues at all.

Did throw me when it was stone computers sending the parts. I'm guessing Dino pc is a part of Stone computers.

Thomas the customer support guy was a God send, super helpful.

Palit GamingPro 3080, I ordered one on the 29th of October, it arrived Friday the 18th, the only constructive criticism I could give is several times I was told one thing for another to happen, such as Implying a card should arrive within a few weeks (stock arrived but not enough to cover my order, I get that this is out of the control of Dino PC but they overpromised and underdelivered, from a consumer standpoint that was frustrating, then it happened again when the item came into a dino, I got an email stating it will be sent in 48 hours, and a second email stating "This should ship tomorrow for delivery Thursday" as this was the most recent correspondence. I expected it Thursday. it didn't arrive.

I emailed stating my disappointment with being told one thing for another to happen, instead of a genuine apology or some attempt at reconciliation, I got an argumentative response. I could have sent them back with emails showing exactly what I meant but I'd rather play Cyberpunk and forget about it.

At the end of the day, they managed to secure a 3080 which at the moment is a nightmare to do.
