Recently have a number but my callers can't connect. Shame really, hope I can get a refund

Damned scammers Don't download - they made me download like 10 different apps. Well they didn't give me not even a single credit!

I find it easy to make credits and only use it in the event of an urgent SMS. If I ever need to urgently communicate, Dingtone is a great service!

Do not download , will only work sometimes. They will not cancel contract. No reply to emails. Waste of money.

I got a phone number and was planning to use to register apps. However, the phone number does not working and I would like to get a refund from them since it does not working. I have emailed them about the problem and I still got no response from them. I feel helpless!

I have been billed wrongly. I cannot reach any customer support. I sent 5 emails via info@dingtone. Several messages via their website over the last 3 weeks and NOT ONE single response from customer support.
I feel this is A SCAM... CAN SOMEONE PLEASE PLEASE GET BACK TO CUSTOMERS. ASKING BUSINESS OWNERS TO PLEASE ANSWER ON THIS SITE HOW TO CONTACT THE BILLING DEPARTMENT.

Never used the service, uninstalled the app. Rates were too high for where I wanted to call. A year later I'm getting billing notices for an annual fee. Tried to communicate I don't want or use the service on the website, I just get error messages. Can't respond to the email... Lame.

Other than getting a free USA number (which is the only reason I'm giving two stars), don't bother paying for the service. First off its voip and most websites with voip detectors will instantly reject it at registration (outlook, gmail and co). Secondly, the numbers paid or free would keep receiving strange phone calls and texts from people you've never talked to before.. I also experienced an issue where a number I purchased didn't work on ebay or paypal (which is rare because ebay would accept any number even made up numbers as long as it's the complete number of digits) eBay kept saying the number doesn't exist and paypal asked me to check again. I complained to the support but never got a response. Several months now and I paid for the number. Not a good experience for a premium user. Only best for those who stick to the free version.

I am changing the review to one star.. why? Well I tried accessing one of my old accounts then i realized it was a dingtone number I regsitered with (note all my dingtone numbers are not expiring till May 2020). So i reinstalled dingtone logged in and guess what, all the numbers i paid for plus my credits are completely gone. I can see the subscription still active in my apple settings but on dingtone its like i never paid. I looked for the restore subscription option like most apps have but dingtone doesnt have that option. whats more? the support link on the app and on their website doesnt work! I keep getting send failed error. Very unprofessional. Now i have lost access to my account! I wouldnt recommend to my enemy. I would give zero stars if trust pilot would let me. Stay away from these guys. They dont care about any issues you may face. Best to use other apps out there better customer support and paid services.

Dingtone is great because you get free credits by watching videos, downloading apps, and taking advantage of many other offers. I have used it for a very long time, but my only problem is that sometimes I get disconnected on incoming calls. I must say that I get disconnected when the area has a poor wifi connection. I tried other phone apps but I was very dissatisfied with the service. Dingtone reigns over all the others. I only gave 3 stars because of disconnected calls.
