Having received numerous texts claiming I have an outstanding debt I checked to see if correct. The "apparent" debt relates to something from 2020 and they can provide no documentary evidence of the outstanding amount.....! they are now threatening to impact my credit rating yet cannot support their claim.
Its no more than a scam so BEWARE!!

Deeply unprofessional, no conversations, only harassment.
Shocking to be chased by these people for a non-existent debt. No response to my emails which explain the issue in detail, instead they prefer to harass and chase for money that people don't even owe. The fact you can't even block this number is disgustingly intrusive, and I fail to see how this level of harassment can be legal. Make no mistake, I will be getting legal advice to deal with this vile spam-scam.

I used the online chat today and was speaking with Charlotte. Charlotte was very polite and helpful, any debt recovery is always going to be sour subject but with the right people involved who can assist to get things resolved quickly and respectfully in a decent manner.

Unauthorised grabbing of funds when no debt!
This company took £333.86 from my bank account despite the debt account being settled in full over a month prior. Trying to get a refund… Very difficult (impossible?) to speak to someone. Complaint filed.
Update: did receive an apology for their mistake, which was blamed on a systems error. Refund received within a week.
