First time ordering on this website I made an order of $80 for very important items that I needed for Art School I only got an order confirmation not a tracking number every time I try clicking on the tracking number it led to my orders which said there were no orders after not receiving it a about a week after I was supposed to, I called up the company and they very unapologetically they told me that it had gone all the way to California by mistake I said what could you do for me so they said they'll try to reship it for me with rush. but they also told me that something was out of stock which I never got an email about. If i hadn't called, once again i wouldn't have known and not had the item on time. I had to practically beg for some sort of coupon to make up for this terrible delay and lack of communication. the woman was stiff and Unapologetic I still don't know if I'm going to get my package on time I still haven't gotten any emails confirming my conversation. I had to wait a long time for customer service. The woman was stiff and unhelpful and made me feel like it was my problem.

I love the Blick stores, but my most favorite in the world (as I know it between WA and Or state) is Portland one.
It is my personal fantasy to be locked in overnight and to be able. to play' with all the fun stuff inside. I do spend too much money when I go. I have tried on line shopping and although it takes so much longer to receive than if I amazon something, It is much more gratifying.
I am so grateful for the smart and experienced artists that you employ. I could be good friends with most any I have met there. Your assortment is amazing and the variations in what is available is profound. I just can't say enough about it. They are kind there....they are patient....and they are knowlegeable. I could not ask for more except perhaps a price break! When I see folks who are influencers on tictok it amazes me.....I wish Blick would send ME a surprise product to try and to film a review! THAT would be a dream assignment! Let me know if I can help you out there!

smooth easy website, quick shipping with reasonable pricing

I was happy that what I needed was in stock. It seemed there was a delay or problem with the shipping which was a concern , but that sent Blicks fault.

I was able to purchase the item I needed without any hassle

Great selection of products. Free shipping is offered but only if a person spends $79 or more. Shipping is rather slow. While the products that I've received are in good condition, I feel the packaging is wasteful and could be done better.

The vast selection of art supplies and other art materials I was like a kid in a candy store.

I love Blick! Able to get fountain pens for me, ink, nice rollerballs for my partner, notebooks, and any other supplies I need for art, writing, etc. Very competitive prices, although shipping isn’t the fastest. They also frequently have special edition Lamy pens and inks that have sold out on the Lamy US website.

Everything I wanted was in stock and shipped quickly.

Spent $18 in total (small items, 9 Faber Castell Gelatos to be exact) and was charged $10 shipping to ship them via USPS.
Saw that other customers had same experience and nothing changed. Will not order again.
Also they were shipped in a bubble envelope and one of them was damaged - cracked inside which makes it unusable.

Blick always has quality artists supplies at a great price. The shipping takes a little bit longer than I'd like - but it is packaged well.

Not all of the materials required for my college course were in stock. That itself was not a problem, but the hold put on my credit card was. With the two remaining items unfulfilled, the initial 97.00 was kept and my card charged a second time for the portion of the order that was shipped, +/- 80.00. The first charge stayed in place until I was forced to cancel the remaining items.

I spoke to customer service about this at both my card company and Blick, and was given the runaround from each. Once the order was cancelled, the problem was resolved quickly and the held dollars were available to me again.

I will never order art supplies through Blick again.

Prompt, reliable. Materials very well packaged.

I order online which is simple and user friendly. Additionally the order was received quickly.

PS There is a HUGE artist community out here in Palm Springs and Coachella Valley in general should you be looking to expand your brick and mortar stores to more locations!

The prices are very good.

First time ordering supplies from Blick online. Shipping was costly considering the items I ordered were quite small and the shipping took longer than originally projected, with no revised date of arrival, which was very disappointing - FedEx was used for shipping instead of USPS. Other than that, all items were well packaged and arrived intact. Not sure I’ll order again after this experience.
