Communication regarding my order was non existent to begin with and to be honest the only reason I would give Dibranto a high rating is because of the customer service from Sayed Shafi, it was of the highest standard and he is a credit to the company he dealt with my issues in a professional manner until I had eventually received my order.

I placed and paid for an order that sadly could not be fulfilled as my item was colour specific and out of stock, after an email and pleasant conversation fromSayed Shuja Shafi we agreed on a refund. Sayed was very helpful and offered me a few options which unfortunately were not good for me this time, but based on the service I have received from Sayed I would not hesitate to recommend this company or purchase from them in future. Brilliant customer service I ordered a Bosch GST150 Professional Jigsaw but didn't realise I had ordered in error a 110V version until it arrived. Customer Service from dibranto was excellent and extremely efficient Sayed Shafi organised a simultaneous collection for the 110V version and delivery of the 240V version. No Fuss. I ordered a Bosch Multicutter. The price was excellent, far better than any other competitors and I couldn't even have got it cheaper buying second hand off eBay!

There was a technical problem because of my address - the Highlands of Scotland, but Sayed sorted it out promptly and efficiently. Much to my amazement, the tool arrived within 24 hours after travelling 600 miles from down South to north of Inverness. What more can you say?

Ordered a bosch professional 18V Li multi cutter and a combi drill both in LLBOX . Price was good and the service offered by Syed Shafi was excellent ; he kept informing by email of delivery status as there was slight delay in drill delivery due to supplier being late

I have had great pleasure in dealing with Sayed, who has been very helpful. After ordering an incorrect item and requesting a cancellation Sayed responded in a professional and quick manner. A very courteous gentlemen and great customer service. I would definately recommend posh rosh and will certainly be back for more shopping.

Ther was slight damage to my product. I called and spoke to Shafi and the product was collected that day by Fed Ex and the money was refunded within a few days.

Syed was courtieous and very efficient in his work and I was very impressed with the the speed that he turned everything around for me.

Ordered a Mikita lawnmower at a amazing price, it hand not turned up after a week. I rang the help line and FedEx had held up the ordered. The customer service team sorted it out right away and emailed me updates till it was delivered. Amazing customer service.

Product was cheapest on the internet with prompt postage. Excellent customer service

I ordered products online and was astonished when they arrive so quickly and in perfect conidtion! I was also kept informed of the delivery progress. I was not in when my order arrived so was left with a neighbour. But the FED EX guy forgot to leave me a calling card to say which neighbour he had left it with.

I had ordered a household item which I had delivered earlier today, I am most impressed with the excellent lever of customer service I received from an employee by the name of Sayed Shuja Shafi. He dealt with my queries in the most professional, polite & efficient manner & is a credit to his company- if only other companies had such efficient employees!!

I was delivered the wrong product and my enquiry was not dealt with satisfactorily. I waited in all day for a courier that never appeared. However after speaking with Sayed Shuja Shafi yesterday afternoon he had the correct product delivered to me and the incorrect one collect by 9:30 the next morning (well under 24 hours) That's pretty good service and he kept me informed of updates.

I would echo a number of the reviews on here. The after-sales service from Sayed Shuja Shafi was second to none. Excellent, fast, and extremely efficient. I was kept informed every step of the way. Thank you.

Ordered 2 B&D replacement batteries, next day delivery but only 1 arrived. Called and was served by Sayed Shuja Shafi who was courteous and dealt with the problem straightaway including a follow-up email with all the details and expected delivery. Nothing but praise for good after sales service. I would recommend this company.

I bought an item, it took much longer to arrive than advised. I phoned to check and told the sales guy that I needed it by a certain date or I didn't want it. He promised it would arrive within that time. Unfortunately it was three days after that when the item has arrived and as I'd left the premises it vanished. However sayed/shafi was very helpful and assisted me in proving my case and arranged a refund, which didn't appear as totally straight forward as you'd expect. Thanks for your help shafi.

The post sale support is Fantastic. Shafi the online sales rep was extremely professional throughout the process, he has restored my faith in online shopping. Definitely recommend Dibranto.
