I have long hated airport parking, especially Stansted and the awful Gatwick. For convenience I really needed to try Southend. What a difference, smooth and stess free professional service at a reasonable price. I will definitely use this again and would recommend to all.

Perfect service. Easy and painless. Staff were professional, polite and a pleasure especially the driver, Richard. I will definitely be using this service again. 10 out of 10.

5 star service ...all staff very friendly and happy to help with a smile. Highly recommended!!!!!

I was initially wondering what kind of parking I had purchased as I was driving through the trading estate, but arrival was easy, staff were friendly and they parked up my car very quickly then we were shuttled to the airport within 5 minutes. They were waiting for me on my arrival back at the airport as they had seen the flight land so collection was seamless. The driver was friendly. All in all a great experience and I would definitely use them again

Service was amazing no hassle went very smoothly would definitely recommend

Great service. Easy check in. The bus was waiting on our return. Thanks

Honestly I never leave reviews but had to for this service. When dropping the car off the lady was very polite and helpful. My car was not driven around like you see on some of those videos of car parks. We came out of the airport and walked over to the pickup point where purple parking was already waiting. 5 minutes drive back to the car park and within 5 minutes I was driving home. 10/10.

Had a great service and friendly staff , we felt our vehicle was in safe hands would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them . Thanks again

After experiencing other airport parking and the long waiting and long walking and high prices, parking here was easy, polite and friendly staff, short transfer to terminal no hanging around for bus and reasonable price.

Friendly staff, explained everything. Very nice and easy, budget friendly.

A friendly and highly efficient service. I would definitely recommend.

It was easy to book this when booking my holiday however I did struggle to find the information afterwards. I think this may be down to Easyjet rather than Diamond. That said, checking our car in was super easy and the driver loaded our bags for us. He explained clearly what to expect on our return which was very reassuring. When we returned to Southend Airport, we walked the two minutes to the parking shelter and a minibus was waiting for us. Collection of my car was easy (although my husband struggled to follow the signs out if the car park!). All staff were super helpful and we will use you again.

Excellent service, helpful staff.
Bus was waiting when we arrived hom. Minutes from airport. Car was easy to locate, and drive out.
Will be using again.

Quick, cheap and easy service. I would really recommend

Excellent experience with Purple parking at Southend airport. Courteous staff, smooth check in, quick transfer to the airport with the driver willingly loading all the cases onto and off the bus. Swift pick-up when returning to the UK. Very organised and polite staff. Well done to Ken on reception and the two drivers (sorry didn't get their names).

Used this company 3 times now and every time has been a breeze, reasonably priced booked in quickly dropped off at the airport straight away and shuttle bus there within minutes. Will be using them again and would recommend you do the same

Booked online and no regrets whatsoever. Used satnav to find the car park, clear instructions there and a friendly welcome. Waited about five minutes for our transfer to the airport, on return the minibus was waiting to take us back to the car park and we had an excellent service. We would definitely book again and recommend this this company.

Happy with service, would definitely use again.

Staff were friendly and helpful, no hanging about will definitely use Purple Parking again, only problem I had, it was dark and at first couldn’t really see the sign, would help if there was some lighting.
