We recently rented an apartment long-term at Diamona Serviced Apartments in Koukaki, Athens, and were very impressed with the property.
The apartments are brand new, modern, stylish, and thoughtfully designed, with elegant interiors and harmonious colours that create a warm, pleasant atmosphere.
The kitchen is part of the apartment standing out with an off white color, fully equipped with modern appliances and finished to a very high standard.
We also appreciated the modern bathroom, which was beautifully designed and added to the overall comfort of the apartment. In addition, the balcony was a positive addition making it a lovely place to relax.
We would also like to highlight the excellent service provided by our sales representative, Katerina. She Mediterranean smiling polite presence, a real professional, and very knowledgeable, guiding us through the facilities and providing all the information we needed to make the rental process smooth and enjoyable.

Overall, Diamona Serviced Apartments offer high-quality, modern accommodation in an excellent location, and we highly recommend both the property and Katerina’s professional service.

I am very satisfied by the services of this company in every field of their work. The employees are very polite and friendly and I can contact them anytime for every need I might have. The communication is great, the building I'm staying is clean, supervised and at the best location and the maintenance team is immediately available.

Diamona Greece is a very professional, organized and efficient company. Their establishments are fully renovated with all the necessary amenities, design and safety as well as constant maintenance.

Their apartments are all beautiful and the company overall very organized. Staff excellent and always helpful.

I had a great experience living in one of Diamona’s buildings. The space was very well designed, clear and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it.

Η εμπειρία μου με τη Diamona Greece ήταν εξαιρετική από την αρχή μέχρι το τέλος. Τα διαμερίσματα τους ξεχωρίζουν για την ποιότητα και την προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια, ενώ η εξυπηρέτηση πελατών είναι πραγματικά υποδειγματική. Μου έδωσαν άμεσα λύση σε ό,τι χρειάστηκα και έδειξαν πραγματικό ενδιαφέρον. Τη συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον αναζητά αξιοπιστία και υψηλό επίπεδο υπηρεσιών.

Ήταν όλα εξαιρετικά. Τα δωμάτια ήταν πολύ προσεγμένα!!!!!!!!!

it was a very bad experience

We have been blessed to have found Diamona when we moved to Greece last year. The apartment, the building, the people, the neighbors, everything was so perfect and that allowed us to feel welcomed and comfortable in our new environment.

We lived for a year at their building on Bouboulinas street, and the worst things we experienced were: no heating system (common in Greece - some of their other properties have a heating system), bothering street noises at times (well, it's Athens), and mild conflicting practices between tenants when using the laundry room (can you really blame the landlord for that?).

Frankly, it's impossible to find better at this price range in the center of the city (and I have searched everything on Spitogatos - literally). If you want a temporary residence in Athens, from 3 months to 1 or 2 years, look no further, this is your best option.

We are leaving because we want to experience beach life in the Peloponnese, but if we ever return to Athens at some point in our lives, be it next year or in 10 years, Diamona will always be our first choice!

Don't rent from them. Communication got slow and lots of questions were left unanswered when I needed to move out. Apartments are relatively new but there's mold.
The neighbors are unique. Rules are rarely followed, especially regarding the washing machines, and at times, it feels like living with farm animals. The walls are paper-thin, and quiet hours are not respected.
Tenants have been complaining about various issues for months—issues that could have been easily resolved by the company but were never addressed.
On Spitogatos, I find it weird that they use pictures of different apartments than what the housing advertisement is about.
Wouldn’t recommend this place. For this price in Greece, you’d expect better. Also, lots of the great reviews on Google are from the employees of the company, and mysteriously some of the reviews that didn’t praise this company have disappeared.

Typical foreigners scammers ! Claiming fees out of the contract, lying, dishonest and not transparent. Despicable head manager who thinks he can do as he pleased regardless of the law.
