Good BUT ….
Easy to find what I wanted. I say to order. I easy to pay. BUT cost of postage for such a very small/lightweight item (4.64 gms) was exorbitant.

We only use Parcelforce's 48-hour tracked service for all our deliveries. While we are aware that cheaper, untracked options are available, we've found in the past that these methods often result in a significant increase in items not reaching our customers. Our priority is to ensure your order arrives safely and reliably, which is why we invest in a trusted, tracked service. We also have a dedicated in-house team that carefully packages and dispatches all stock items as quickly as possible.

A total nightmare trying to get a refund
They sent the wrong lock, the lock was opened and it looked used, and the key got stuck in the lock the first time I inserted it. Could not remove it. Email response was poor or non-existent. It too two months for a refund to finally be sorted. Absolutely chaotic company - I would avoid any online purchase.

Won't refund returned undamaged item
After ordering the wrong part I contacted the company via email to return the item, they gave me a returns number and i posted it back.
After 2 weeks of waiting for a refund I have sent 3 emails on consecutive days requesting info on the refund. All emails have been ignored. So make sure you order the right item because you will struggle for a refund.

After an extensive search for the correct UPVC door locking gearbox assembly DG supply line had the correct part, after a slight delay in delivery the product was well packaged and a good quality and fitted myself with no problems.
