The installation of my new boiler was carried out efficiently and completed during the morning. The team were friendly and helpful. The price of the installation was competative for a good quality product. I would purchase from this company again.

Got a very competitive price for a replacement combi boiler on Friday. Phoned on Monday to confirm. They offered to fit next day, but we set it for Wednesday. The DG installers arrived at 8.30am even though it was a 75 mile journey. They left by 2pm all done and dusted. So 10/10 for price, efficiency and performance. What more could we ask for?

Can’t praise the fitters who installed my new boiler highly enough. Arrived on time, 35 mins later old boiler off wall and new boiler on wall!! Total installation took 2hrs 30 mins. Great service, left having cleaned up and removed all the debis. Very impressed and happy.

Boiler went just before Xmas. Best (cheapest) quote and earliest install date offered.
Several bad/damning reviews about D&G online, but after all reassurances I asked for were received, £100 deposit taken and balance on completion. Job done on Jan 3rd, old combi removed and replacement (with extras) fitted in under 4 hours!
Only been in a few weeks, but no issues. So far so good.

Honestly, A Jay is an extraordinary chap. We lost about 10 days after boiler break down in bureaucracy from a reputed company in the middle of December. I got the best deal even with out any bargaining. The new boiler was installed in less than 20 hours from notification. It was an extraordinary experience. I will definitely recommend the team. The engineers who came were good, they left the home in a very good and tidy way.

I contacted DG heating to get the quote to replace the old boiler and I had a video call with Ajay to show details of my boiler, Plume and condenser pipe location and Ajay gave the quote which was very competitive with others. He explained the requirements and helped to choose the right boiler and on the installation day two Engineers turned up at 8:15AM and completed the job by 2PM without any break. The job was completed in a professional manner and took away all the rubbish including old boiler. They showed me how to use the Thermostat and boiler. I highly recommend DG heating to install new boiler. Thanks, Ajay, for your excellent customer service and I would not hesitate to get D&G service in future if I needed.

we were pleased with the prompt service we received from the time we placed an order for the boiler to the work being carried out. The online survey with Ajay was great and from quote to finish was only a matter of 3 days. The quote was very competive to others I had. The engineers, Sunay and Amrit, arrived on time and from start to finish did an excellent, tidy job. They are very get on with professional engineers. No problems all 100% positive. The engineers fitted the new boiler in the loft with care, consideration, efficiency and respect. They explained what they were doing and thoroughly cleaned up, leaving the loft spotless. I am also really impressed by the the initial phone contact who spoke with genuine knowledge of the boiler systems rather than pressing me for a sale.

We ordered a replacement boiler for my 94 year old mother at 6pm on Friday night. The engineers arrived at 8.30am the next morning and all was completed by mid day on the Saturday fully tested and cleaned up. Most impressed and would definitely recommend to everyone.

Came out within two days to fit a new boiler for me. Not used before so i was a bit worried.
They did a fantastic job, took a while longer than the 4 hours they quoted because they found a gas leak in my new fire. Well spotted boys.Came home to a lovely warm house and hot water. No mess at all. Would gladly recommend D&G Heating. Thanks again for quick service.
