10/10 for customer service from Craig at the DFS York Clifton Moor showroom!

We had an excellent experience discussing and purchasing our new sofas, table and cushions. All our questions were answered clearly and purchasing decisions were double checked before we completed the purchase paperwork. The whole process was relaxed, unpressured and professionaly completed. We came away feeling happy we’d made the right purchase decisions and confident in the product. Well done DFS and Craig.

Really helpful, very good hospitality, all questions answered and was reassured with confirmation.

Promised 7 day delivery, still haven’t been told when delivery will take place and it’s been nearly 2 weeks. The people in the shop were friendly and helpful. The customer service after has been dreadful. Constantly told to wait 72 for updates for nothing to arrive after 72 hours and be told to wait another 72 hours.

Paid for the sofa in full and still no idea when it’s going to arrive.

Update: DFS have said it was for a cancelled order, this is because DFS cancelled the order and put on the same order again, when I said I would pay everything upfront. I think this shows the attention to detail

The salesman was very informative, gave us time to explore the show room and answered all of our questions.

We were greeted by smiling staff and looked after throughout our visit when we decided what we wanted everything was explained and professionally we were looked after by Andy if you go there ask for him he knows what he’s talking about

Finella served us today.She was very knowledgeable and guided us through the sofa range very thoroughly after identifying what we were looking for. .She made our purchase very smooth,and gave us lots of information about product care,add ons,payment options and delivery .She was very approachable and friendly,no question was too much for her.Thank you so much.We had been looking for a sofa for a long time !

There was a wide selection of furniture and the showroom was very relaxed with a nice atmosphere. The assistant who served me was both polite and informative but not intrusive on my first visit. This time when I returned I saw him again and he could not have been more helpful and accommodating, offering tea or coffee and offered to get the manager to serve me as he was with another customer for quite a while. All in all my experience was very very good.

bought a power plus recliner today ,was seen by Andy who explained everything we needed to know at Clifton moor york he seemed really experienced, I would recommend dfs to anyone.

We asked Andrew for some information on sofa beds.
Andrew showed us the stock in store, moved furniture to pull out the bed.
Went through all the information required on a purchase in detail.
