We bought our new sofa in White City with the help of Samir, who provided us an amazing purchase experience. Not only did he give us tips on how to select the best sofa and how to make sure that it fits our room, he also replied to emailed questions immediately. During the whole purchase process, he was very friendly and never pushy in any way.

I ordered some cushions back in June. They were supposed to come in September. I then got a call saying to come and pick them up. I went to the Ruislip branch only to be told they done have them. I went to the Westfield branch only to be told they are in the Ruislip branch. Went back to Ruislip and was told they haven’t come in yet. Finally I got a call saying they will be deivered to me last Friday between 8 and 12. I stayed home but had to leave for an appointment at 1:10pm. The delivery came late, no call to let me know! I kept trying to call and spoke to a number of people, it is now Wednesday and I’ve had no call back, the whole experience with ordering some cushions has been an absolute shambles! No call back and I don’t know where my cushions are?

We had a good experience, it was easy to explore, organized and many choices.

The young women who attended to me was very helpful and patient, as although I thought I wanted a particular sofa I changed my mind several times whilst in the store. She did not make me feel indecisive rather asking questions that helped in my view, to me choosing the perfect sofa for the space.

Good experience at the store. We visited just before the store closed but the gentleman was patient with us and help to make our experience pleasant.

Amazing help and got everything i needed efficiently!

Amir who was our sales advisor today and who helped us last Sunday( is the reason why he made us come back to buy our Sofa) went through all the details of product knowledge and just having a friendly laid back approach without being too pushy. He answered all our questions and concerns with positive and trustworthy answers that made me feel at ease and confident to go ahead with our purchase. His colleague too who went through all the paper work to clarify all details are correct was also lovely and professional. What a great team to have have for DFS, good to see fantastic customer service in stores.

Bought a sofa they had available in the warehouse on the 29.08.21 after two attempts for delivery and the delivery guys telling us it won’t fit through my door … a month and half after I’m still waiting for my refund.

I have ordered sofa from dfs in store in Westfield , whitecity . It was delivered on 13 sept 21. But I have to refuse to accept it because of the state of the sofa . There were full of scratches on the leather and black marks too. The reason is because I has been handle very badly as the sofa was not cover properly with plastic or in the box.
I have been contact the store straight away which they advised me to accept it and they will send the repair team to fix all the marks later . I am very disappointed for the advise as I have been pay full price for made to order sofa which I aspected that to be perfect condition .
Today , 12 October 2021 I have not received any news , advise. Or any solution on my sofa yet .
Doing business with DFS is very bad experience for me . Highly not recommended

Awful service, part of my order is missing and not delivered, I have been chasing and calling DFS, DWELL, Wincanton delivery for more than 10 days and until now no answer. Very disappointed!

Samir the sales associate was brilliant. He was extremely patient with us. He went through all the options that suited our budget and helped us with all our queries. He was very polite, patient and friendly. I will definitely be back to the store again.

I recently visited DFS in Westfield White City.
This was with a view to purchase a sofa, which I did, and I am now awaiting that this will go through successfully.
The Customer Service Assistant was Samir and you can not ask for a more courteous, professional assistant than he. Hope he receives recognition for this. He is an excellent member of your team, and DFS are indeed fortunate to have such an employee in there company.

My experience at DFS White City was very pleasant and excellent. I was informed fully about the product and the sales person who helped me to choose the Sofa was most helpful and courteous and informative. I give five stars for the service I received at DFS Furniture White City.
