We walked in store knowing exactly what we wanted, just needed to visualise the size. We couldn't find the corner couch so spoke to Dan who was great from start to finish; after explaining the situation, he found us a couch in store that was centimeters different, so we were made up.
The whole process was made simple by Dan's knowledge and expertise!

We were asked when we arrived in store if we needed help but were then left alone to shop which I was really pleased with. I didn’t feel pressured. When we had decided what we wanted the staff were easy to talk to and happy to help. The ordering process was quick and easy. Overall happy with my experience

Called in once to look around and gained all the information I needed from Dan.
Came back after measuring the space at home alongside the dimensions of the chosen sofas.
Dan spotted me on arrival into the store then after dealing with the customer he was with, came over to answer my final questions before processing my order.
All in all, great service and an efficient process.

Very happy with our experience at DFS Warrington. We were supported by a wonderful staff member called Sue. Can’t wait for our sofa and coffee table to arrive.

Slightly disappointed with communication and had to have several calls. Updated my contact info 3 times but even now they still use the old info…

We purchased our sofa from dfs warrington and sales assistance Kathy went out of her way to ensure we chose the right sofa for us Excellent service would highly recommend anyone to purchase their sofa from there. All team were friendly.

AVOID SUE and SAM at this store!!!

Went into store to order a sofa, Sue took my order and I belived she understood what I wanted she asked Sam to confirm, on delivery I was delivered 2 different foot stools one names end stool, which I assumed it was part of the sofa as the sofas are broken down on your order to individual seats so it’s quite confusing (the reason I went in store)

The delivery drivers was ready to leave and I explained I only ordered one footstool the other must be another persons order, they told me to contact Customer Service as it was on my order, I rang customer service and was told to save money as I would’ve charged return the stool myself to avoid the charge KNOWING MY ORDER WAS DONE INSTORE, Instore manager is taking no fault on this and unfortunately because he’s staff ordered it I can’t get a refund but if I ordered online and made a error myself I could be refunded……

So due to staff not doing ther job correctly I’m down £449 and left with something I don’t need, I’ve asked for cctv to checked and this will show me moving the stool and trying others but their is no cctv I also asked for the phone call to listened to and again although it’s recorded their not willing to do this!

Please avoid SUE or SAM until their trainees how to place a order correctly
