Great service, felt very welcomed and everything was explained thoroughly.

We've just had a great experience with Nicky at the Stockport store! We first visited a month or so ago and he instantly remembered what we were looking for and any additional requirements. The customer service was excellent and nothing felt too pushed! Looking forward to receiving our new sofa.

Excellent service. Wasn't pressurised in buying. Shown lots of suites, sizes and prices. All the furniture and fabrics explained very confidently by the person we were dealing with. Certainly knew her stuff. Very polite and courteous. Offered coffee then sat down and offered all the information regarding the furniture we were purchasing, gave information about the company, delivery date etc. Would certainly recommend to friends and family. Asked if we were interested in anything else such as coffee table, other furniture etc. At the present time we only require a suite.

My daughter had seen the sofa she wanted on line, next step was to see it in store.

We were greeted by Nicky, he took us straight to the sofa she wanted 😊. He then helped us through the whole process, size, style, cushion filling etc.

It was uncomplicated and quite a smooth process, thanks to Nicky.

From start to finish the experience was great. Had time to look our selves and when we narrowed it down the sales assistant helped us with our final descion she was amazing

We visited the store today after choosing a sofa we had seen online and wanted to purchase in the store . Ellis served us today and was very helpful showing us the material / colour options available in the sofa . Ellis made us a complimentary coffee and went through all the procedures of purchasing the sofa along with additional care / cleaning plans . Once we were happy with everything we filled in the details and made the order .

Anthony was a really nice guy,Had plenty of knowledge about the furniture.Explained everything really well he is a credit to your team .

Just been in to peel centre stockport tonight to buy a sofa was greeted by ellis ,,,he was great friendly,,helpful 😊 ,,,we got the sofa we went for very easy and straight forward 😊

Jackie went out of her way to take extra time across multiple visits to the showroom to go through all of the options we had available, the aftercare instructions post purchase were also explained in great detail and she also had a really warm personality and has done a fantastic job helping us as a young couple to make the decision on our first home sofa and chair combination and we really felt she went above and beyond to make the experience both memorable and less stressful!
