The salesman was amazing
The salesman was amazing - left us alone at first to have a good look around and only came over when we needed help and to answer questions. Really took his time with us, no rush and no pressure - a really excellent experience - he was really helpful and very knowledgeable on all aspects of the products and process.

I recently purchased a DFS sofa and am very pleased with both the quality of the product and the overall experience. The sofa is comfortable, stylish, and well-made, making it a great addition to my home.

We only went into showroom to order sofas as the website wouldn't allow us to order the combination needed. Showroom staff had no problem ordering what we needed, once she listened to what we were saying rather than talking continually.

Fantastic sofas, brilliant service & great value
I recently visited DFS Slough looking for a new sofa, and from the moment I walked in, the experience was first class – all thanks to Faisal. He was warm, welcoming and never pushy, which made looking around so much easier. He took the time to understand exactly what style, size and comfort level we were after, and showed us options that perfectly fitted our home and budget.
The quality of the sofas is excellent – sturdy frames, high‑grade fabrics and cushions that keep their shape, not just soft for a few weeks. You can really tell they’re built to last. What impressed me most was the pricing: Faisal went through all the current discounts and offers, and managed to secure us a great deal with significant savings compared to the ticket price. We ended up paying far less than we expected, without cutting any corners on quality.
Every question we had – about delivery times, fabric care or customisation – was answered clearly and honestly. Even after we placed the order, Faisal kept us updated and checked in to make sure everything was running smoothly. That level of personal service is rare these days and it made the whole process stress‑free.
Delivery was on schedule, the team were careful getting it into place, and the sofa looks even better in our living room than it did in the showroom. If you’re shopping at DFS Slough, make sure you speak to Faisal – he knows the products inside out, works hard to get you the best price, and treats you like a valued customer from start to finish.
Highly recommended – great products, even better service, and genuine savings you can trust.

Friendly staff member, and excellent sales experience, I loved the fact that I was left to browse until I had chosen a sofa that I liked myself, most shops sales staff pounce as soon as you walk through the door, so I found it relaxing and I was able to take my time and have a good look around with my husband.
