Visited at the weekend firstly. We were not hassled by salespeople (we hate that) but they let us know they were available if needed and did, indeed answer our questions as they arose. Returned Monday to make the purchase - all done efficiently, with a friendly smile.

Enjoyed having nearly two hours to browse around the store and really take our time to test out the furniture and see how colours looked different to the website.

Staff were around and visible, came to chat periodically, but no hard sell.

We were given the time we wanted to talk together without any pressure. It’s so off-putting when you’re being followed or interrupted when all you want is time to browse. None of that, staff were great.
And a nice coffee provided when we were ready to make our purchase. Thank you Ella.

We, my wife and I, went in to DFS with the intention of buying a corner sofa. We saw Jon the salesman who was not pushy and kept his distance. When we approached him he was very informative and talked us through the process in easy to understand terms.

Friendly, helpful staff. We had a few visits, to ensure we made the correct decision. Ella was clear and concise with all information and even managed to find us a bit of fabric so we can colour match! A great experience

They had exactly what I wanted at a great price. The price of getting my sofa scotch guarded was great value. Chloe was very efficient and friendly. The only downside was the hefty price of £120 for delivery which took my breath away. This did seem very excessive.

The sales advisor John, was very polite and made us feel very welcome into the store.
He took the time and trouble to explain to me about the quality of the sofas that I expressed an interest in and also explained the guarantee in great detail.
It’s been quite a few years since we last purchased a suite from your store.

Tony was extremely friendly, very informative and super helpful.

Wide selection of furniture i.e styles. Fabrics, sizes on display. Prices on each were easily identified making it easier to select which pieces were within price range for us to try. Environment was warm and welcoming as were staff. Any queries were quickly dealt with by knowledgeable staff. There was no pressure by staff when viewing furniture or indeed to purchase at that time.
If travelling to the store by car parking is not an issue either.

We are a previous customer to DFS. We visited twice to look for a sofa with an idea in mind. The sales woman that helped us was very informative and it was apparent she cared about the product and the decision we were making. She offered us a beverage which was tasty. So thank you to DFS and it's Shrewsbury team.
