My complaint wasn’t a fault it was poor craftsmanship!!
Definition - oor craftsmanship on a sofa bed is a common issue, often manifesting as uncomfortable sleeping surfaces, broken mechanisms, and sagging frames, frequently found in mass-produced or lower-cost furniture. Key indicators of poor quality include flimsy materials like particleboard, uneven stitching, and weak joints that creak or wobble
Mattress and Cushion Issues: Extremely thin, uncomfortable mattresses (often with springs that can be felt) and rapidly sagging
Which is exactly the issue! Terrible quality and workmanship. This sofa bed is unusable, I’ve barely used it and not even 2 years old!!!

To confirm your complaint has been reviewed on every review that has been brought to our attention and I am afraid our stance on this particular issue will remain the same. We apologise again for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
As your items do come with certain warranties when a fault is highlighted our service engineers will aim for a first touch resolution every time. Our service engineers are upholstered by trade and all repairs are done to a factory standard. We would always repair if a fault is found but unfortunately on this occasion no manufacturing fault was found with your furniture so, we are unable to assist you further.

Mark was brilliant!
Mark was brilliant!! We went into DFS just knowing we wanted a corner sofa, so much choice! We weren't hounded by sales people when we walked in, just a friendly hello. We walked around the entire showroom & settled in a sofa, Mark then helped explain about the sofa, how its made, the upkeep etc. He really couldn't have been more helpful & friendly, even down to helping us with colour swatches. Can't wait to get our new sofas in our cottage. Thanks so much!

I would recommend if buying sofas you make sure you are confident in measurements are correct. Plus you have confidence you are talking to a experienced salesman.
It took me a few visits to the DFS store in Salisbury before I decided on the sofas I decided on. The salesman called Mark was extremely patient explaining everything I needed to know ref: the sofas I was interested in. I will recommend this store to any friends & family if I hear they are shopping for sofas etc.

A Great Experience at the Salisbury store
We were served by Ben 2. He was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He explained about the Easiglide and about the Sofacare warranty.
We were very pleased with the service we received. We were pleasantly surprised with the great selection of sofas available at the Salisbury store.
I also appreciated the coffee I was offered .
