Very easy ordering our new sofa, Fasil Karn explained everything and went through the details of ordering and the finance as well.

Very well looked after by Mohammed and Adil, particularly Mohammed who was very friendly and helpful in going through the process of buying our new sofa, which we’re very much looking forward to having.

The store at Gallows Corner was immaculate spotlessly clean very well displayed goods and the staff was very welcoming very knowledgeable and giving good advice didn’t feel rushed into making a purchase the salesman Khan was second to none on explaining everything to us about the two seater recliner sofa and the payment options very thorough and informative also Faye the manager was excellent overall we had a very pleasant shopping for furniture experience

We had an excellent experience at DFS, thanks to Veronica. She was patient, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. She explained everything about the sofa clearly, took her time, and happily repeated anything we didn't understand without making us feel rushed.

Easy and friendly staff

DFS team were really helpful and engaging- treating us like people and listening to our needs.

In addition the offer of hot drinks was welcome and recognising our kids and getting hot chocolate for them was nice. No pressure, very relaxed and a great outcome.

Immediate delivery isn't immediate delivery. More like when we have a slot in a couple of weeks.

Very disappointing experience. We were served by the only experienced colleague in the store, who was constantly distracted by a new colleague and other customers. We were rushed into paying the deposit without being given all the important information.

When we realised this, we asked to cancel the order within the allowed timeframe. The store manager admitted the situation wasn’t our fault and promised to cancel the order and refund the deposit, but nothing was done. Next day Customer Services also promised the manager would call us to apologise and resolve the issue, but more than 24 hours later we have received no call, no refund, and no update.

Once they have your money, customer service seems to disappear. Very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend DFS based on how this situation has been handled.

Popped in to look at sofa’s. Found the perfect one for us and decided to go for it! Staff are very friendly and have explained everything to us in so much detail!
