David was a great help, explained everything in detail and patient.
Whoever is in charge needs to get them air conditioning installed, it was too hot to shop let alone work there all day.

Good experience
When i walked in, the salesman (james) asked if we needed help, and let us browse the furniture, and was available if we needed assistance. He was professional, polite and friendly. Giving us advice and guidance on the product. Very pleased with the sale, would definitely recommend them

Great customer experience.
I never felt rushed, in fact, our sales person (I think Roman (his name is t on the confirmation email, so maybe that could be a good idea going forward..)) was super friendly. I’d say we spoke about holidays and children etc for at least half of the time I spent in the store.
I felt no pressure to purchase anything. It was me who prompted addition care cover etc as I felt relaxed.
Thanks for helping out today.
