Very happy with product. Service was good. Didn’t have a choice to collect had to have delivered which cost me a further £50.00 and then a day off work to make sure home for delivery so maybe this is where things could be improved

We have a loverly lady called Keri who helped us all the way through our till the end and she made us feel very comfortable. She explained everything really good.

We had a fantastic experience with Hope today. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable from the moment we arrived. She took the time to listen to what we were looking for, offered helpful advice, and was extremely patient while we considered our options.

Hope’s attention to detail was excellent, and her expertise helped us avoid making a costly mistake with sizing. She was efficient, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about helping us find the right sofa for our home rather than simply making a sale.

From the second I walked into the shop I was greeted with a smiling helpful sales person, Hope.

After walking around the store testing a number of sofas and talking with Hope, she helped us pick the right sofa for us with the added extra we wanted to. Plus a new rug on top. Would highly recommend she made the experience very pleasant.

Greeted by a friendly member of staff.She gave us details of where the different sofas were in the store. She wasn't pushy,and left us to look at and try different sofas.
We were offered us a cup of coffee, which was very nice.
When we decided on the sofa that we wanted. We went through all the options available to us,with regards to seating options,materials etc.
At no point did we feel pressured into any decisions. A great shopping experience. And would definitely recommend this store.

Staff in shop was very professional

Called in on the off chance of getting a large comfy chair, I was met by a young lady that helped me with my needs.
The colour & size was just perfect with the Tamara range.
Just what I had in mind for my dining room so I had to order it.

Very friendly staff, who made sure we understood all the terms and conditions. My main concern was was the matearial of the sofa because I have a dog . But they took my concerns into consideration and suggested the resilient range. I was very happy with the service and information I have received today.

Becca and Kim have been outstanding never pushy the are exceptional members of your team.
Nothing has been too much, from going in with sofa in my mind that was actually an online exclusive to then changing my mind to a corner sofa in a teal.
