Didn't actually go to the shop but ordered a new mattress online, choose a silent night, as I've heard a lot about them,it took about a week to deliver from ordered, happy with my purchase

Having gone in to browse,we found…
Having gone in to browse,we found something we liked,and asked a few questions about other items.
The assistance was clear and helpful,and we felt under no pressure - sometimes sales pressure can be off-putting.
Our purchase was handled swiftly,and each of the staff we spoke to were friendly,and relaxed- making us feel relaxed in the store.
Once we have made our decisions on other items,we will certainly be back to conclude them.

Excellent Service, full of Kindness
Our sales person, Alice, was exceptionally kind and helpful during our purchase. She readily answered any questions posed to her and volunteered helpful advice and information without prompting. Without forcefully upselling, she managed to explain the benefits and costs of various upgrades, and convinced us to buy a few after all. Would highly commend her efforts.

Guildford Branch- I went in to pick out a sofa for my new property and was assisted by David. David was very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating throughout the process. He even made suggestions and brought out accessories to help me visualise the sofa better. It even led to me purchasing the footstool as well.
Thanks to David, I look forward to my new items arriving.
