This was a pleasant experience, I was approached as soon as I entered the shop and given the opportunity of seeing all the reclining chairs on my own and I appreciated not having someone trying to sell me something.
When I decided what I wanted Andrew was very professional in his manner and I couldn’t have had a better experience. He went through the purchase procedure in a very friendly and relaxed way, I didn’t feel pressured at all. I would definitely recommend DFS Grantham.

No pressured selling but advice given when requested
We were welcomed as we arrived in the store and advised where to look for our chosen type of sofa. We were then left to browse in our own time. There was no one hovering or pressuring us but they were on hand to answer all our questions. When we were concerned about the sofa fitting to our lounge we were advised that there was a slightly smaller version, which was perfect. Very happy

Monday morning feeling
The staff were polite and friendly but did not bother us when we said we were just browsing. however when we had made a decision the salesman was efficient and friendly answering all our questions and giving us all the details we needed .
