Everything was clearly explained, and my order was confirmed carefully to ensure it was exactly right for me. DFS Consultant knew the product/sofa well when asked about dimensions etc. While we were probably quite an easy sell, her overall demeanour made the experience simple and stress free. Listened to what we wanted and needed having two toddlers to consider.

Good show room with plenty of choice. Plenty of sales people on hand but not pushy! Very helpful and good explanation of services and finance deals on offer. Pamela was our sales person and she was fantastic.

Furniture in this store is beautiful, high quality, and loads of choice. The lady who placed my order was called Nicola. She was very patient, professional, knowledgeable, polite, and a genuinely lovely lady. No heavy sales talk and thanks so much for a wonderful experience.

I bought a chair that was ex show room. The staff were so good, the Manager even carried the chair with one of his staff to the car for us
