We meet with Katrina when we entered the store. She was so helpful & informative. She spent a lot of time with us to help us pick the sofa we wanted and so did one of her male colleagues didn’t catch his name (northern accent) who was also a great help.

Helpful Ben DFS Galway
My husband and myself visited DFS Galway yesterday 30/12/2025. We travelled from Ennis specifically to your store because any time I was browsing there I was made feel welcome, even though I wasn't buying at the time. We were very well looked after by Ben. He was so courteous and explained everything about our purchases. Ben made sure we understood the product warranties and the phone numbers if we needed help at any point. Ben made the delivery details clear and made sure we were happy with everything before paying. Thank you Ben. It hope DFS appreciate you. We do.

So I had 2 lovely visit to the store in the last coiple of months and most recently dealt with the amazing Katrina...She was honestly the most amazing girl and gave me loads of advice on caring for my new sofas..would definitely recommend them and also the taking up the finance offer. .its let's you purchase the sofa you love without the burden of paying up front..Brilliant

shocking delivery cost
The first we heard of an extortionate delivery charge is when we were in the process of paying for the couch.
There is also no option to collect the couch so this charge is mandatory.
Why isn't it advertised?
If it's a mandatory charge, couldn't it be included in the price of the couch, or shown on the price tag?
We were undecided about then buying the couch, we were so frustrated.
Bad form!
