when called in branch given plenty of time to make our decision of sofa choice without been approached before we were ready.
Tracy who then dealt with us was very informative with all details clearly given and explained before proceeding with purchase.

knows the care of how to look after the sofa and different types of leather and how they are manufactured. Was also very helpful in letting me know my options on finance which i have little experience of. Overall a pleasant experience by someone who enjoys their job 10/10

Honestly an all round great experience. I think the person who helped us out was called Gary (apologies if I have misremembered) but the other staff in the were chipper as well so I can only imagine they are all great. Got exactly what we wanted. Hopefully the delivery follows on from our experience so far.
