Wonderful Experience Mahon Store Cork Ireland
When we entered the shop (Mahon Store - Cork) we were met by a friendly store assistant called Katie. Who could not have done anymore for us. From her time given to the smile throughout. Katie is a credit to DFS and to the cork Mahon store.

We met a lovely young man called Robert who was great help. He was informative,helpful and more importantly friendly to deal with.
I had been online so knew roughly what I wanted but he helped with material choice etc for my needs and the care of them .

The service by Paula was great & the delivery was fast….
The delivery guy was great too but my hubby had to take the couch apart again as the power for the console wasn’t connected and with one of the speakers the cable is faulty.

Poor after sales …
Well the experience institute was fine but after that it was so poor. You cannot call the store and getting a reply from the lady who sold us the suite is just impossible. Never again and we haven’t fully paid for our suite yet or received it. €5 k we are spending. Or maybe we won’t! Keith 086 8731180

Fab customer service
Had a great experience in DFS store Cork.
Spoke with salesperson Eoin, who had great knowledge of all stock and was very patient didn't feel a bit rushed. We were looking for a specific type of sofa and he explained that some of showroom models can be modified to different specifications. Talked through all aspects including purchase options, delivery and aftercare.
