Welcoming and knowledgeable
We were dealt with by Maxine at the Christchurch store. She was welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable. She told us information about our product along with a care product and warranty available to us and our item. She was cheerful and answered our questions throughout our time with her.

Great service at Christchurch
I visited Christchurch store with my dad to look at recliner chairs. The store had a good range to try. The staff were very attentive on both occasions. On the second visit, my dad found a chair he liked. We were helped by a very nice sales assistant, Shayna.
She was very knowledgeable, but not at all pushy. She was very attentive throughout the whole process from choosing the right fabric, through to arranging the delivery. She was very patient with my (elderly) dad, and they ended up enjoying a chat about the rugby!
