first thing to mention the location of DFS cannock is realy good the car park is excellent as is the shop and layout , the staff are good and not pushy , there is a realy good range of furniture to suit a broad range of budgets, Natalie was superb

We were left to browse the showroom
We were left to browse the showroom. We sat and made our decision and when we were ready to discuss what we wanted.
A lovely attentive helpful gentleman helped advise us with our purchase. We were offered refreshments which we had coffee while we completed the order and ipad work.

I didnt feel any pressure from staff
I didnt feel any pressure from staff. A couple of hellos to se if I needed any help and then left to browse which was nice as I really wanted to browse everything at my own pace.
When I needed help I approached Tracy as she had already introduced herself. She was knowledgeable and gave clear information about purchasing the sofas. No pressure to buy add ons an concise but relaxed interaction I couldn't fault her.

We never felt pressurised into buying a sofa. We were given time to choose and make our decision. Ian at Cannock helped us by answering our questions and letting us have time to finally decide. ( it did take us a while ). Once we decided Ian ran through everything and went over points if we needed to hear them again. An actual pleasant shopping experience.
