Staff were excellent. Gary was really helpful and informative about the sofas in the store. The many available options were explained to us.
The process to purchase a sofa was easy and straightforward. Very good shopping experience. Also a decent price.

Very happy with our experience. We visited DFS in Cambridge several times before buying our sofa, and every time the staff went out of their way to accommodate us and answer any questions....we even got offered a cuppa in store! Lots of choice, great deals and great customer service.

Ally was the main man for us however we did speak with 3 others and everyone was exceptional with the customer service, we ended up buying a sofa and a coffee table

We came into DFS in search of a brand new sofa. Gary kindly assisted us, ensuring we found the most ideal sofa to suit our needs.
