Good service in store. Delivered on time and everything cleared.
1 point of criticism the Easigliders which you charged £76 for is a bit of a rip off. Can be bought online for less than £20 for the two suites

Friendly and very helpful staff
I have been in a few times before actually purchasing our suite. Each time staff have been friendly and very helpful.
Daniel dealt with the sale today and was extremely helpful and thorough. Previous dealt with a lovely lady, not sure of her name Sel? Looking forward to receiving our new furniture now

I was greeted by George who was very helpful and generally just nice. I dread being pounced on in stores. It was quiet due to the heat so he was perhaps glad of something to do but he was really good. I was quite specific about what I needed and he was able to show me the right piece of furniture. I ended up buying a chair as well which I certainly had not intended to do. I did visit another store first but felt slightly scoffed at for wanting a small piece of furniture so I left. Thanks DFS

David looked after us and provided excellent customer service. He was friendly, personable and very easy to talk to, making the whole process straightforward and enjoyable.
