Great experience as soon as I entered the store. Had a look around initially and when I returned after thinking through my purchase, the transaction was seamless & top notch customer service provided the whole way through.
Thanks to Darran for his help processing the transaction & to the lady who initially came over to help (think her name was Wadar..sorry if that’s incorrect but Darran will know who I mean!)
Didn’t feel like a pressured sales pitch at all & considering how indecisive I was being, they didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience at any point! Will highly recommended your store & your staff that are a credit to this company

Liked the sofa but too long spent trying to get me to spend £250 on 5 year cover.I agreed but laboured points too much. Disappointing dfs!

Dave was brilliant on two visits I had to the store. Completely no pressure, really informative and honest!

Visited the Bolton DFS store and was left alone to wander and try the sofas on offer. Yes staff did speak to us but were not pushy and once we had made our choice we then spoke with Clair who was most helpful and explained the process and time frame for our delivery. Only one slight worry was when we received our order notification via email and it only showed one of the two colours that our sofa was being made in. A quick call to the customer services and it was found to be right. The system can’t put two colours in but it was on our order. So yes very happy so far and now waiting for our new sofas to arrive.

The salesman was excellent, he talked us through the stages. He gave some very constructive advice which helped us decide on what we needed and how it would fit into the front room. We were very impressed with his knowledge. He was very friendly and it was a very good experience.

Adam Smith was very helpful. He answered all my questions, he gave lots of information and advice. He wasn't pushy and gave me time to think about my purchase. The shop was busy but still delivered excellent customer service.

SUNI made a pleasurable experience buying a sofa and recliner chair. Suni assisted us with everything we wanted including Gliders and sofacare. Such a welcoming gentleman.
