Perfect experience in shopping for something that you feel confident you've got right made so much easier from the lovely knowledgeable young lady. Didn't get her name but my goodness she knew everything there was to know about the 2 x sofas one being a sofa bed that we bought. Great service from the Barnstaple store.

The team member Lucia was very patient, willing to help us in any way and very knowledgeable about the stock within the store and allowed us chance to think options over with no pushiness.
