Cheryl welcomed us back to the Banbury branch and answered our remaining questions in a frank, professional and friendly manner. As a result, we were pleased to confirm our order for an Arundel sofa and Cheryl talked us through all the options in detail.

The store was tidy and well laid out, we weren’t hounded when we came in, just politely reminded that if we needed help, to shout. The sales assistant, Blake, made things easy and straight forward and was very knowledgeable. He talked us through every option and the delivery process very confidently.

Very helpful, quick and easy

We were so happy with our shopping trip to get a couple of sofas from your Banbury store. We had chosen what we had wanted before our visit. A lovely young lady called Holly served us and she could not have been more helpful and professional. She dealt with all our questions with ease and was just wonderful. You have a very valuable member of staff there DFS. An absolute 10 out of 10 from us.

We recently purchased a new sofa from DFS, and I wanted to leave a special review for Paul, who looked after us throughout the whole process.
As soon as we walked into the store, Paul greeted us, introduced himself, and asked if we needed any help. We explained that we were just browsing, and he completely respected that. There was no pressure, no hovering, and no feeling that we were being watched while we looked around. It made for such a relaxed and comfortable shopping experience.
When we found a sofa we liked, we approached Paul for more information. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain all of the different options available without ever making us feel rushed. We told him we wanted to go home, check our measurements, and think about it. Once again, he respected our decision completely and didn't become pushy or try to pressure us into buying.
Three days later, we returned to the store and were pleased to see Paul again. He remembered us, was fantastic with our children, and made us all feel so welcome. His friendly manner, product knowledge, and honest guidance gave us complete confidence in our decision.
Thanks to Paul's excellent service, we bought our beautiful new sofa, along with the matching snuggle chair, coffee table, side table, rug, and a care warranty! It wasn't because we felt pressured—it was because Paul genuinely helped us find the perfect pieces for our home and explained the benefits of each option.
We left the store feeling excited, happy, and looking forward to our new furniture arriving. Thank you, Paul, for making what could have been a stressful purchase such an enjoyable experience. You're a real credit to DFS, and we will definitely be back in the future.

From the moment we arrived Paul looked after us explained everything about the suite we had chosen he was very professional and helpful throughout our visit put us at ease as we had told him about a negative past experience we had with DFS so we couldn't have asked for a better person to have dealt with us thank you very much Paul
