Gave us some great advice and tips when deciding to choose the right sofa for us.
He was so friendly, pleasant and funny.

Recently went into DFS to order a sofa we have liked for months and decided it was the one, during the whole interaction with the member of staff helping us we felt condescended and as if we were treated like children. After hearing the long wait for the sofa we left to discuss it further as hadn’t expected it to be 12 weeks as we’ve been redoing the room for 3 months already. Once we returned to get said sofa as we decided we had no choice but to wait we received a comment from the staff member of ‘ so do you have the money now?’ Personally I found that offensive to ask anyone and so did my partner as we only left to discuss if we can wait that long and if we wanted pillow back or formal. If we didn’t have the money we wouldn’t have returned or even gone in the first place. Sadly we have already purchased our sofa and will now wait for it to arrive, if we were able to do this again we wouldn’t have returned and would have gone elsewhere as we were disgusted by the way we were spoken to. This is our first time buying a sofa and this experience has made it feel awful.

Was very relaxing wandering round the vast collection of furniture at my local DFS Ashford. Freddie (member of staff) was so helpful and friendly. He showed me to the exact furniture I was looking for and preceded to help me make a purchase. It was easy and stress free. Freddie was very friendly and even got me a coffee as we chatted.

The assistant was extremely helpful and courteous throughout. She answered all queries in depth and detail. We have now purchased 2 extremely comfortable recliner armchairs.

Well Charlie Lee answered all the questions i asked he made my life so easy exceptionally nice lad we looked at several sofa beds but the first one was really the one for me we talked about ease of delivery and explained where it had to go explained every thing to him and he found out if it could be placed where we wanted it gave me drawings to check the size this guy was top notch he wasn’t even pushey like some salesman this guy was on top form for someone so young once again thank you Charlie for everything also thank you dfs ashford 👍👍👍👍👍

We were served in the Ashford branch by Freddie. What can I say? He was excellent in every way. His approach and customer skills were impeccable and he covered all aspects of buying the furniture with great aplomb!
The most impressive aspect of his service was the fact that we had an autistic grandson with us and he treated him in the most wonderful manner with respect but friendliness. We cannot speak highly enough of him and would certainly return providing Freddie can serve us.

Priya was so helpful guiding us through the process and knowledgeable about the products available. Great range in store. Relaxed environment.

James was really helpful, ensured we were aware of what different types of colours/ materials were available, gave us plenty of time to make a choice , he explained our options for finance and talk us through all the options.

Great guy who served us and was very knowledgeable to choose the sofa we wanted, tailored it for the fabric preferred which was on another sofa and showed us a virtual online picture of the sofa before making our final decision. great coffee too on the new machine, great overall service
