We felt we could look around and ask for details of chairs we liked and staff were friendly and informative and were not pushy. We saw Leighton at the Aintree store and he kindly answered our questions and explained the finance system. We felt confident with our purchase and he gave us details of protective treatment, delivery fee, cleaning kit etc. We are very happy with the service we were given thank you.

Two breakages and it’s only 9 months old…
Salesmen in the store was fine. No issues at all and friendly. The couch on the other hand has been awful. Disappointing as used dfs across 5 sofas in 13 years. Without weeks of it being delivered the leather had ripped. Now the electronics have completely broker and the mechanism itself feels like it could break. After 9 months and over £4k were gutted.

A good experience
A friendly, informative young man named Richard helped me choose the 2 settees that I have ordered. He served me with a lovely coffee while I decided. So in conclusion it was a good experience in the Liverpool store.

We ordered a chair and everything I asked for was available. Everything was explained carefully. We then added a leather chair onto the order via phone but Richard at the store in Aintree called to let us know we had ordered the wrong one so after visiting the store Richard helped us rectify that
