We went to DFS on Wednesday 06/05/26 just to look around. We did not have any idea what we were looking for. Sarah was very patient, friendly and helpful. Sarah’s approach to customer service is outstanding. Her knowledge of what DFS takes pride in was second to none. We left with a smile on our faces as we have managed to buy the couch that we wanted in the colour that would match the couch that we have in our living room. Great customer service from Sarah. We would recommend. Verified purchase.

So glad I went into the Aintree store today and so very happy with my purchases ..Callum made us feel very welcome and even made us a coffee…I’ve been looking at the Ted baker collection for a while now online but needed to see it in person…glad Callum was there helping me choose which cushions and prints he’s 100.% star thankyou

Jack was very approachable. Also made us a cup of tea. He left me and my partner to discuss any concerns between us then returned to answer further questions. We did not feel pressurised to go through with a sale. Everything explained clearly and information double checked by another colleague.

The agent who served us was very knowledgeable about the suite we were looking at. The service was brilliant.

Customer service was Exceptional, Sarah greeted us as we arrived but allowed us to browse at our own pace. She was very knowledgeable about all products and able to advise us on best options. The buying process was very easy and not pressurised.

Order No: B4Y457374 Received our sofa yesterday, it was a 12 week order of a sofa and chair. I received an email a few days prior to delivery that the chair wouldn’t be on the delivery and they had no date.
This was very disappointing as we had already waited 16 weeks at this point. You can’t speak to anybody in the shop, it’s either customer service or a chat bot!!!
Sofa was delivered, the drivers put the sofa together as it came in 3 parts, where each chair had to be connected together. The driver was struggling connecting the last chair. He then said all done, I could clearly see that the chair was not aligned properly. I pointed this out and he got on his knees and manoeuvred the chair and from the front it looked okay. He had already placed the back cushions on and asked if I could zip them on as he had a sore finger, not a problem.
They left, so I moved the back cushions to start zipping them on, and there was a gap between the last seat, he hadn’t connected it! and he’d torn the material at the side of the chair, which must have been when I seen him struggling to connect it.
I called his number as he had called me on route, he ignored me and never called back.
I took a photo and emailed to DFS and I’m waiting for someone to attend to look at it.
I am absolutely livid, the lack of care and attention, this sofa has cost just over 3k. They still can’t tell me when my chair will be delivered, I will be contacted directly but they have been paid for it.
I emailed one of the staff members who helped us during our visit to the store, his customer service has diminished also.
Overall DFS are great up until the point they receive payment.
