Good customer service without being pushy. Was welcomed on entry to store & was given information on where to find the sofas we were looking for then left to browse. Simon was very helpful & answered all our questions.

I love the furniture BUT
I love the furniture. But the customer service team!.
First I received the wrong colour feet. I received the new one. And they aren't even the same ones let alone the colour. Sent pictures last time and now I have to send more. Come on Dfs !!!

Staff are/were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately your system crashed and we had to return to the store in Aberdeen to have our table and chairs reordered, other than this glitch we wer very pleased with the attitude of the staff we dealt with.

Recliner mechanism bracket snapped on…
Recliner mechanism bracket snapped on chair. DFS Won't sort it even fir a paid by me repair. Was directed to Emmiera Groupy DFS saying they would repair it who charged an £84 non refundable inspection fee. Was advised they could not get part. No help from DFS whatsoever. What's the point of giving a 15 year warranty on the frame if you can fix when broke and can't direct me tvo somewhere else. Get your act together DFS
Add on - I am quite willing and happy to pay for any repair and know the parts on recliner are only guaranteed for 2 years but it's the fact that a perfect fly good leather suite can't be repaired

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us, we are sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue with your furniture and appreciate this is frustrating for you. Your original furniture was delivered in 2017, due to this the manufacturing warranty for the reclining mechanism expired in 2019 as only the main body frame and springs is covered for the extended period of 15 years, please accept our apologies for any confusion caused regarding this.
