The item only seems similar to the product on their website. Deceiving UK domain, item took over 2 weeks to arrive and a total nightmare if you want to return. It is not straightforward, there will be emails back and forth before coming to an agreement (!!!) and you'll then have to fork the high cost of sending it back to China. I should have checked the 1 star reviews, it's a repeating pattern. Absolutely to avoid!

I bought this as an early birthday present and it's best thing I own in my closet at the moment. The quality is immaculate and the coat itself has a nice weight to it.
Will definitely purchase more items in the near future!

Looking at previous reviews I was dubious about my order, but quality is awesome, was updated on delivery dates. OK, it came from China but on this occasion it wasn't a cheap copy made with flimsy material, it was fully lined, original makers packaging, and fitted perfectly.

Very cool gothic clothing. I ordered a corset and the quality is beautiful, great fit and looks amazing, great for everyday gothic additions or even for Halloween

Einen Tag nach der Bestellung wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass sie die Ware nicht mehr führen. Es gab einen langen E-Mailverkehr hin und her,da ich bereits per Paypal bezahlt hatte und nun mein Geld zurückforderte. Sie kamen mit dubiosen Angeboten und wollten mir das Geld nicht zurückzahlen. Nachdem ich mit dem Einschalten von PayPal gedroht hatte, sagte man mir dann eine Rückerstattung zu. Allerdings kam diese nie. Ich habe das Geld nun von meiner Bank zurückbuchen lassen. Durch diese Rückbuchung hat sich PayPal eingeschaltet.
Ich kann nur empfehlen FINGER WEG von diesem Shop! Achtung, es handelt sich hier scheinbar um einen chinesischen Shop. Der Sitz soll angeblich in UK sein, aber es läuft über einen Fang Chen. Genau das gleiche Vorgehen hatte ich schon einmal bei einem ähnlichen chinesischen Fake Shop erlebt.

Customer service is great and responsive especially since Im in the USA. I ordered the black high waist Gothic skirt and let me tell you it was better than I imagined! Great material and great fit! I was worried about the sizing but I’m glad everything was fine in the end!

Bought a bolero/shrug from DarkinLove. Paid £10 for regular shipping (said 3-5 days) and another £10 for expedited (said 3-4 days). Placed order on September 30th. Shipped on October 9th. I asked between the days why the preparation time took LONGER than shipping (which is only 2-3 days through FedEx) and they said "Since it is busy season now, there might be a little delay in the order". Size was ordered small and delivered small but still fit loose. Does not look like the photo. Paid extra £15 when FedEx arrived. Don't know why. 😂

Won't be ordering again.

I ordered a gothic dress for my wedding party and needed custom sizing. I accidentally measured wrong and customer service reached out to confirm because the sizes seemed off, and I was able to luckily fix my sizing. I was also very worried the dress wouldn’t arrive in time for the party, and they worked hard to ensure I got it in time. It shipped very fast and it was absolutely gorgeous and fit perfectly. Everybody was so enthralled by the dress and it was beautiful and of great quality. Would highly recommend.

Still trying to get my money back 2 months after placing an order.
I was told the item I ordered was out of stock, and to pick a different size.

Well, when I tried to do that they were out if every item I suggested.
I requested a refund, they wanted to give store credit.
Eventually they agreed to refund me but this has not happened.

I have had to raise a PayPal dispute, which DevilNight are ignoring.

Their stock is from Taobao, (think Chinese eBay) that sells quite cheap items, but they double the price and put them on DevilNight.

I wish I had never ordered from them. I have also learned of other people who had to fight to get money back from DevilNight and were unable to return items.

Edit: There are also lots of fake 5 star reviews here! I will be flagging them.

I bought a dress and a 3-piece suit for our wedding, and everything came quickly and intact. We are very pleased with the quality and appearance of the clothes. At first, we had some problems because the dress wasn't in stock in the size I wanted, but customer service wrote me an email the next day with the option of waiting 1-2 weeks until the dress was back in stock or choosing another dress. As I waited for the dress to be back in stock in my size, they sent the suit, and a week later, the dress.

TL;DR
Delivery was quick, with tracking every step of the way (suit in 6 days and dress in 8).
Quality and appearance are very good.
Customer support is quick, very friendly, and competent.
