Dear Katie,
ChatGPT сказал:
Thank you for your feedback — we understand how disappointing that must’ve been.
Detectico uses network-based data, which can sometimes result in location inaccuracies depending on the device’s connection, settings, or if the request wasn’t completed (like the link not being clicked). It’s not GPS-based, so the result may not always reflect the phone’s exact real-time position.
To look into your case more specifically, could you please share the email address you used to sign up? We’d be happy to review everything and see how we can assist you better.
SCAM ALERT
SCAM ALERT! I used the site to find my iphone. It never worked so I immediately tried to cancel my subscription. After 45 minutes of back-and-forth with their website, I finally got all the boxes checked. Their site said:
"You’re off our mailing list
"We won’t send you anything else.
"But we still appreciate you, so here’s our best offer yet. Save 70% right now on any plan!"
I didn't push the button to re-subscibe, but later that day, they tried to charge me $49.50.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Upon contacting their costumer service, they will not provide a refund or options to cancel their service, leading me to cancel my bank card. Terrible experience. SCAM
