Grosse arnaque

Dear Emanuele,
We're sorry to hear that you feel this way.
We are a legitimate service, and all charges — including the automatic renewal after the $0.89 trial — are clearly disclosed during the sign-up process. Nothing is charged without user agreement.
That said, we understand that this may have caused confusion, and we’d like to help. If you could provide the email address used to create your account, we’ll gladly review the details and assist you further.
We appreciate your feedback and are here to make things right.

Dear Dylan,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience. The trial is a small upfront payment followed by a subscription if not canceled within the trial period, which lasts two days as noted during sign-up.
We understand your frustration regarding the charge and refund request, and we’re continually working to improve our processes and clarity around billing.
Thank you for your feedback.

It's a scam
Tried this service. They told me I would have my results within 3 days. Results never showed up. When I cancelled and asked for a refund, they told me it goes thru a 3rd party billing. When I called the 3rd party billing number, I couldn't get a hold of them. Don't do it! Cost is too much to be throwing away on a scam!
